I'm frequent visitor of this place especially when I need a sugar kick when I'm on my road cycling journey. Hours are great especially when you need a good late night snack. Very cute decor and have brought my friends and family here before so far its always been a great experience coming here. Service is great as it seamless to place your order. My favorite on this spot is the Injeolmi, and Mango Cheesecake. The OG Brownie is my go-to takeout as its nice way to end your night at home with a treat in your hand. The Bingsu is very light and fruits they incorporate into the bowl is fresh. You can tell the business picks those fruits well. From time to time they would throw in some limited time bingsu like a taro, Viet iced coffee, watermelon so I suggest following them on Instagram or Tiktok on when those flavours will drop.

Snowies Bingsu is hidden in the corner of a very unnoticeable plaza next to an Indian/Pakistan grocery store on Dundas East in Mississauga. Once you open the door and step into the dessert place, you will have a feeling of being teleported to Korea instantly. The store décor is so different compared to the neighborhood. Bingsu (빙수), sometimes spelled as bingsoo, is a shaved ice dessert originating from Korea. There's a lot of variety with these sweet treats, but the most common is called pat-bingsu (팥빙수), which is a red bean shaved ice with sweet toppings like chopped fruit, condensed milk, or fruit syrup. There are many choices available at Snowies Bingsu. We ordered Strawberry Cheesecake, Matcha, and Oreo. All regular sizes. They were all really big and filling as a dessert unless you were very hungry. I would recommend small sizes and try different flavors next time. In terms of taste, the snow mountain was basically made of alternate layers of shaved ice and flavor powder. Topped up with a scoop of flavorful ice cream. They had a good selection of hot drinks as well. Ordered the French Vanilla and it was okay... Overall, an interesting place, and I enjoyed pretty much being teleported between Korea and Mississauga back and forth in 45 min. :)

Got to try their matcha oreo this time (with injeolmi of course) and it is definitely on the sweeter side. I really enjoyed both shaved ice desserts - just feel it is still pretty pricey but definitely worth the treat!

I traveled here for a Kpop event. This cute little cafe was very cozy and inviting. The interior is very modern and hip, you really feel like you walked I into a chic upscale cafe. The owner was extremely friendly and eager to give you their suggestions if you've never had Bingsu before. For this event, I was surrounded by other fans, freebies and Kpop music, so I was in my happy place. I tried the house special mango strawberry bingsu. If you've never had bingsu, it is shaved ice served with various toppings. My bingsu was perfect! Not too sweet and well balanced with the mochi pillows. There is complementary fruit infused water available for you to cleanse your palate as well. I will definitely be back to try their other bingsu varieties when I am in the area.

Note: I would rate this place 4.5 stars My friend and I came here around an hour before closing on a Friday night. We weren't sure if we could finish in time before the restaurant closed but the staff suggested we just order as TO GO. The size of TO GO is already set since it is in a container. The price is more than S but less than R. The service was pretty friendly and quick. The restaurant was pretty small but clean. We got the Matcha Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu TO GO. Overall, the bingsu was pretty sweet and definitely enough to share between two people. My favourite part would have to be cheesecake bits. My only suggestion is maybe being able to pour condensed milk on the bingsu. Definitely recommend if you are craving bingsu!

Very cute place! Ordered the injoelmi and matcha oreo (small) both delicious. They layer the items inside so theres flavour when you continue to dig in.

The store is nicely decorated. Even their business card and spoons look very pretty and are consistent with their colour theme (rose gold). The store is very cute, K-pop-oriented, and trendy. The shaved ice they make are very snappable/instagrammable. This is a perfect place to bring your date. They make a lot of effort to ensure you feel comfortable and adore their well-decorated store. The sensational atmosphere deserves a 5 star. However, the store is quite small so I do not recommend big groups. The price is also quite expensive (more than $10 per bingsu with tax for SMALL, can almost eat a meal). The bowl isn't too big despite looking very elegant. The ice cream placed on the top is okay, while the fruits were slightly sour. The ice actually melts quite fast so in the end it turns into a slimy bowl of icy soup. I've had better shaved ice. The dessert part here is a 3 star. Therefore, on average, a 4-star for this place.

Strawberry match...was a little too sweet for my taste

So happy with the service and bingsu here. Didn't expect much given the location where it's at. But it's busy and when me and my friends were there at 8pm, some flavours of the bingsu like mango and green tea were already sold out. The interior ambience is more instagramable with soft colours and some neon lights as deco. It is a smaller place, so not too many seating places. There is two sizes of the bingsu and there is actually quite several good variety offered. There is also other things served like brownies, tea, etc. The main thing to eat here if you come is definitely bingsu, afterall it's call Snowies Bingsu. So support your local bingsu dealer today... Really cute shaved ice place and one of the only ones in MIssissauga. It has many flavours and is perfect for a date night. I like how Snowies layers the ice and toppings!

Snowies is super cute and totally instagrammable. It is a pretty small place but I've always been able to grab a seat the few times I've been. My first time going I ordered the limited edition taro bingsu. The included taro qq balls tasted like plain mochi and this flavour felt a bit dry, especially because there's just a little light cream on top. It might have tasted better if they used something more liquid like condensed milk or ice cream. Otherwise it tasted like a taro slushie, similar to those I get at bbt shops, and the taste of taro was good. Not too sweet or artificial. The second time I went I got matcha and this one was better than the taro. The taste of the matcha wasn't too strong and the ice cream was a good balance. I got to try the mango and Oreo from my friends as well and I'd have to say out of all four flavours Oreo is my fav with mango and matcha coming in close second. Overall the bingsu here is pretty good - snow flakes are very fine and the tastes are mostly balanced. I'll definitely return next time for my own full sized Oreo. :) Plus it's conviently located next to my fav Korean fried chicken place so it's a great place to hit for dessert after heavy eating. ;)

So we walked in on a Friday night just an hour before close time and the place is still packed. Luckily we got a spot and got the menu from the counter. Decided and went to order and found that they no longer have Vegan options. Ordered a regular/large Matcha and a small Injeolmi. Ordered a Mango Jasmine Tea with Mango boba (popping tapioca type balls). The order did take a bit longer than we anticipated but not long that we got frustrated. The regular is quite large and two individuals could hardly finish it. The Matcha flavour good and the milk and sugar ice scraped like to a texture of desiccated coconut. Sweeter for the taste of all on the table. The Injeolmi is a regular dish meaning had no fruit or additional flavour. The small was quite unique in taste did have a nutty flavour. More like almond butter taste than the peanut butter flavour that we were told on the counter. The red bean patty type in both was perfect. The tea quite weak and more of Mango drink than tea. The Mango Boba were quite good and didn't disappoint. As one of the family member could not make it we took a Mango and Grape Bingsu as well. Which was quite good. The red bean patty is missing in the takeout order, perhaps by design

Portions are huge. Enough to share. We didn't get the large size, the smaller size was big enough.

This dessert restaurant is no joke, their menu is so massive it feels like it could rival the Cheesecake Factory's (no exaggeration). While most of it is dedicated to desserts, they do offer food options too, but let's be honest... you come here for the sugar rush. We tried a slice of their Red Velvet Cheesecake, and it was rich, smooth, and everything you want in a dessert. We also ordered a loaded waffle topped with brownies, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, and whipped cream, basically a dessert lover's dream on a plate. Both desserts were fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even with such a huge menu, they made great recommendations. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to, simply because I'm not big on sweets. The cake is light and spongey and absorbs the leche/milk very nicely, and makes the entire cake very moist. Vastly different in texture to other cakes that rely more on cream and icing to balance the sponge cake. I found this cake lighter and a really unique flavour/texture. It's sweet with flavour that has depth (not just by using more sugar/syrup) and the hints of milk, strawberries, cream, etc all mesh really well. Glad to have stumbled across a new fave and I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their offerings.

The texture of the croffles had a crispiness on the outside which made this dessert delightful to take a bite into. We chose the Honeycomb, Tiramisu and White Chocolate Matcha. We're both not into white chocolate but to our surprise, we enjoyed the White Chocolate Matcha flavour as well. The matcha's earthiness really complemented the touch of sweetness of the white chocolate. The cream on top of the croffle was also rich and smooth. The ice cream was a good addition. Overall just very wet and aggressively sugary. In an age where people are trying to eat healthier, I cant really imagine myself coming back for this when I could have a larger portion of more refined sweets elsewhere. Likely a better fit for people with a major sweet tooth or for kids. It's similar to a treat you'd eat at a food truck in a festival or outdoor event. I feel as if I ate an entire week's worth of sugar in one go. The shop itself is pretty modern, spacious, and clean. Sparse seating, lots of mirrors, etc. But the location is great, and there's lots of plaza parking. Staff were ok but very busy with orders. The rest of the menu seems good. Lots of variety of other sweet drinks and pastries, but also items to balance out the sugar like coffee, tea, savoury pastries, etc. Kind of like a crossover between Tim's and Starbucks. I am hesitant to try other items though because of how sweet the puffs were. The pricing is also really steep for the kind of food it is. Personally speaking, Id rather hit Krispy Kreme because those donuts while sugary, don't feel as greasy / heavy as these puffs. For comparison these puffs are around $1/pc and an original donut at Krispy Kreme is around $1.50 An additional minus is the online/app ordering process. I ordered on the app, arrived, and didn't notice any instruction for pickup ( no signage , markers, etc). I waited 10 mins because it was pretty busy, staff were working nonstop, and I had just ordered less than 5 mins ago. I had to ask the staff about my order, and it turned out it was ready all along sitting in a cabinet with frosted glass doors, so I couldn't even tell they had any orders waiting. The app also didnt have a progress bar, just an estimated finish time at time of order. Less than seamless, for sure
