Everyone loves Nothing Bundt Cakes! I don't even like dessert and I can stand a bite or two. Best feature is their gluten free options as I often order desserts for work events and need to be cognizant of allergies. Dinging stars as this location really annoys me with delivery. I give specific instructions with where to deliver and even leave my cell in case questions and the last few times they have disregarded and just left my order in the middle of a hallway, on the floor, of a busy office building. Anyone could take, steal my order, and I'm not alerted it was delivered. Intensely frustrating! Good food -- terrible follow through and delivery. read more

Second time ordering. Ordered online. Showed up 45 minutes after requested time to ensure it would be ready. After a few minutes, staff members comes back and says "it will just be a few minutes." Multiple people come in, pick up orders, leave. After 25 minutes, I asked if something was wrong with order. Same employees says something about labels being switched, should only be a couple of minutes more. 10 minutes later, person from back comes out and gives me by order - just 5 buntinis - shouldn't have taken that long to put together, even from scratch. She apologies for order being lost. Never knew that. I was on a time constraint to get somewhere to take the cakes as a present. Rushed out. When I got to my destination, two had turned over and were smashed. Mistakes happen. Wish I was told when I arrived that the order was lost and they would have to start from scratch. This happened the last time I ordered also. And I'm not one of those that demands restitution for mistakes, but it would have been nice to have been offered something for the inconvenience. Bottom line - don't depend on the online ordering feature to be received accurately by the local franchise and don't order these on a tight deadline. read more

This NBC is located just off of Cool Springs Parkway in the same shared plaza with Newks and Lizard Thicket...and if those don't ring a bell, it sits across from the Starbucks. I ordered a few dozen bundtinis for a recent birthday at the office and between the order, pick-up and enjoyment...all went perfectly! Nothing Bundt Cakes is nothing bu(nd)t delicious! I was given this bundlet tower with three mini cakes: classic vanilla, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chocolate chip. The presentation of it was adorable. I loved the added flower and note at the top. It made the gift feel so personal. Now to the cakes: Each one was SCRUMPTIOUS! The cakes were so soft and moist. I love that the icing was spread throughout the cake. I don't have the biggest sweet tooth and these cakes were the right amount of sweet! Here's a little bit about each. Classic Vanilla: The name says it all. The better than usual simple cake for those days I want to just stick to what I know. Snickerdoodle: I've never had a snickerdoodle cake but I was not disappointed! It has a wonderful cinnamon and brown sugar flavor! Chocolate Chocolate Chip: The most chocolately chocolate delight! I ordered the Oreo flavor, it's season is ending soon and a red velvet for the niece. I got home and ate 1/2 my cake and loved it. Then later in the evening, I went to finish the second 1/2 when I put my second bite on my fork, I notice a long hair dangling from my fork and baked into the cake! Umm gross!! Yum... ordered the one dozen bundtinis - chocolate, red velvet, lemon and carrot. Ordered same day, can choose your flavors and pickup is fast. Boy were they delicious as well. Really enjoyed the carrot as I never had that before. The chocolate and red velvet are always a favorite. Plus, they both have chocolate chips in them. I had never had bundt cakes before my visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes, so this was a first for me. I ordered the white chocolate raspberry bundt cake and it was delicious. It was super moist and the icing wasn't too sweet. The raspberry in the center tasted fresh and it was just overall a very good pastry. After eating the entire bundt cake, it did feel very heavy in my stomach, but how would a bundt cake not make you feel this way. Between my husband and I, we've tried every single flavor (including their current seasonal- Pumpkin Spice- HOLY MOLY it's good!!) and we have yet to be disappointed! Plus their cake is basically magic and stays super fresh in the fridge! I may have accidentally left part of a Bundtlet in the fridge for a few days... I am not ashamed to admit that it was STILL delicious! The people I've interacted with in store are always quite nice and helpful. This location has gone downhill in my opinion, especially after experiencing the great customer service at the Murfreesboro location. I received an email about their new seasonal peanut butter chocolate flavor, so I had to go check it out. I'm pretty friendly and started to make conversation with Rachel W., the unfriendly associate who was called from the back to assist checking out the growing line of customers. Rachel never made eye contact nor uttered a "hello." She didn't hand me the debit card nor my punch card in hand, just laid each one on the counter individually. The only words out of her mouth was to keep the bottom copy of the receipt and I was on my way. Then to my surprise, the next customer got a friendly "hello!" Please keep Rachel in the back until she can learn customer service! I'm going to do my best to frequent a location that prides itself on great customer service and doesn't rely solely on a good product to remain in business. read more

The workers did keep us updated and apologized for the wait and did tell us about the samples. Intelligent upgrade by NBC. After a packaging redesign the bundtini boxes now have inserts that keep the product from sliding around in the box. Before the insert driving even short distances resulted in a box of beautiful tasty train-wreck. Now they are in perfect condition upon arrival. It appears that designers and accountants met up and conceived a smart trade off. By eliminating the sticker and paper band that formerly branded the box they saved money toward the cardboard insert. Likely this offset any increased cost, the consumer gets a better end product and the brand image remains intact. Now you don't have to be embarrassed by the presentation of these cakes. My monthly spend here will likely double as a result, budget that was going to Panera and mom and pop bakeries. This product has absolutely the most bang for the buck. Offices remember these cakes and talk about them when you return. These are miles better than any of the icing laden cup cake vendors out there. Tasteful and tasty. The mid sized and full sized cakes with decorative toppers are still ridiculously priced, but I may just not be the customer they have in mind for those, I'm sure if they sell they will stay in the rotation. read more

Visited the store 10/3/2019 around 6pm. There were 3 employees behind the counter. 2 helping customers and 1 standing. When the first customer left, I waited for the employee to ask me what I needed. She was chatting with the employee standing behind the counter. When the other customer left, that employee started chatting with the other 2 employees behind the counter. Then one went to the back and got a new Bundt cake. The other employee pulled a plate of already cut samples from the counter to refill the sample table. One looked at me said hi but cut her gaze quickly and continued her conversation with the other 2 employees. Next another lady, I assumed a customer, came from the back, with 2 big cake boxes and left. An employee dressed in all black came out behind her and started chatting with the other 3 employees. I finally asked if someone would help me. The lady in all black said, "I thought you were on the phone". A person with good customer service skills would have asked , " How may I help you?" Great customer service would have apologized for the misunderstanding and asked," How can I help you?" I left. Please train your employees on how to provide excellent customer service. Its not enough to have a good product. People come here for good products and great customer service. read more

You better brush your teeth after eating there you'll be getting a cavity soon after it's really sweet but good overall with nice flavors with moist cake. It's a chocolate, chocolate chip cake with a butter cream icing (I think?). The cake was rich and super moist and the icing tasted like something my great grandmother would have made (not the over-sweetened kind that gives you a stomach ache).
