You can't eat too much at one time, which is probably a good thing. We had hoped for some sort of confirmation email to let us know the cake was finished. First off, I find some of the staff here oddly pretentious- which is crazy given the business they are in. I finally say I'm there to pick up a cake and they proceeded to tell me I need to "wait in line". They have a pastry case full of items and there was a decent line of people mulling over what they wanted to get that were walk ins. I've never went to a bakery ever, that made people that had pre-paid pickups wait in a walk-in line. The even bigger offense here though, is the cake. It was dry, didn't taste like red velvet and had an unpleasant aftertaste. All 4 of us who had some, said it wasn't good. The rest will be going in the trash. We won't support this place in the future and will steer others away if asked.
