I watched as the guy behind the counter took some type of liquid, poured it onto a frozen tray and with some type of a spatula he crafted my ice cream roll-ups. He served the ice cream in a cup and drizzled some chocolate sauce onto it. They have several flavors available and I chose the mint chocolate chip which was very tasty.
