Companion hours paid for coverage AND cannot go food shopping because need to take advantage of HIP funding to get maximum SNAP benefit for my mother. Very bad form! At a minimum, voicemail hours should indicate current schedule AND let callers know when storefront is closed. 2nd time this happened. Why I called first to confirm before leaving the house.
