We chose the Chocolate Lover with Vanilla waffle flavor. This looked amazing and the tastes and quality matched it. It quickly made us forget the price! The staff up front were friendly. Only downside was it took like 15 minutes to get your egg waffle (was told up front at least). Ambiance is the food court of South Shore Plaza. I came by to grab a cake for a birthday and the people working were incredibly rude. The person grabbing the cake for me had his airpods in and couldn't hear me. So, when I asked for a cake, he kept saying "WHAT? WHAT?" and acted annoyed because he couldn't hear me over whatever he was listening to through his airpods. He then packaged the cake very haphazardly and didn't make eye contact or speak to us beyond the prior "WHAT." The cakes here are good but not good enough for me to feel disrespected and dismissed. Especially when they're pretty expensive. Come if you don't care about getting yelled at by some high schoolers.
