It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" -- but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake -- a special request from the birthday boy himself -- was absolutely stunning. Everything tasted like it was baked with real love and care, and it made our Easter celebration (and birthday!) that much more special. I was so BLOWN AWAY by what Nichole was able to do for my sister's wedding shower. We got Nichole to make a "Cupcake Dress" and "Tuxedo" cupcakes for the shower and they were beyond adorable and really NO WORDS can describe how tasty they were. I am picky about cake, snobby and spoiled by my grandmother's baking and Nichole gave my grandmother some stiff competition! I was shocked. And at that pricing, why would anyone accept the restaurant alternative of display cake + sheet cake?
