Stopped in for a quick bite with a friend. I loved my salmon bowl and she raved about the turkey BLT. It's always crowded here, but if you time it right, you'll be eating while the line forms--great for people watching!

Tatte is always crowded but this time was pleasantly surprised to find some space. Had the Tahini Pumpkin Latte but didn't really find anything different about it. Although slightly overpriced, their pastries are always a nice treat.

Coming home from Boston I felt like desert I heard they had opened a new one in Hingham @ Derby street shops. I like their pastries they are light and not too sweet.. it is comfortable inside and not too crowded.

$15 "turkey" sandwich. I'm still is disbelief. Just messed up. Latte was good tho.

$15 "turkey" sandwich... one tiny piece of turkey. Has to be a joke. So disappointing. Latte was good.

The food was amazing and the service was even better. Everyone was so sweet and the cafe itself was beautiful. The sour cherry cheese Danish was fanominal as well as the strawberry turn over.

Good bakery at the Derby Street Shops. Got a couple of desserts - they were pretty good. Customer service was awkward. Definitely pricey - but would return.

Solid food, pastries, and drinks. Wish the breakfast would come out hotter, it's been cold by the time it arrives to me a few times.

A classic Tatte. Big location, lots of seating. Line moved quickly for ordering which is always lovely. Got the matcha lemonade which was refreshing. The prosciutto and fig sandwich was good- could have used a little more fig. The BLAT was delish, sauce was yum. Overall great food and coffee here- an easy spot to stop in and get a bite with friends

I love the new Tatte location at derby st!! I think it's perfect for the area and a great study/work break spot!! They have so many bakery items and desserts, but also have sandwich options and more! There's lots of space and areas to sit! It's bright and so cute inside! I will be going back to try some more! The service was quick and they bring your drinks to you!

The oat milk at Tate has changed and it's really bad and it makes my Matcha watery. It also looks this weird dark green color.

I've…read moreconsumed my fair share of blueberry muffins, perhaps an inordinate and unhealthy amount, and this was by far the best muffin period I've ever had. There were a number of other things I wanted to try in the pastry display, as well as a wide variety of sandwiches (including a beef tenderloin and a pork), but admittedly, after splitting a muffin, I was kind of tapped out. Weak. The bakery is located right by the beach so perfect for grabbing a sandwich and taking it to go. We had to wait a bit to get our muffin but to be expected for late weekend mornings. Bring cash to avoid a surcharge for CC transactions. There's a parking lot behind the bakery but just a warning that there are signs plastered everywhere that you should only park there if you're a customer and it's NOT for general beach parking. No idea if they tow but I'd err on the side of caution.

This could have been a nice experience but after our first visit today we will never set foot in…read morehere again though we live just a couple of miles away. My husband and I and two relatives met for breakfast here this morning. When we arrived this small place was busy and there was only one seating area available for the 4 of us. It happened to be near to the music speakers which isn't ever a great option but although the music was a bit loud it was otherwise "soft rock". Since we had no other seating choice, we had to take those seats. Two of us ordered coffee (okay) and blueberry muffins (okay.) My husband ordered a coffee (okay) and a pastry. The 4th person ordered a cold brew coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Upon breaking into his pastry (I forget exactly what it was) my husband found a long dark hair that was baked into it. Yuck. He went back to the counter to return it. My husband said the young woman (long dark hair) behind the counter was nonplussed, did not apologize, was not at all contrite, showed none of the kindness an establishment worker should show when confronted with a situation like this. Then, somewhat begrudgingly my husband said, she gave him a fresh pastry. Thank God the disgusting hair was literally baked into the pastry or she might have blamed one of us for placing it there. Her attitude with my husband made him think she suspected "foul play" which is why he thought to point out that half the hair was hanging out of the pastry and the rest of it was baked in. (Sorry, this is disgusting I know) That was bad customer service attitude #1. As we continued to eat and chat, the once mellow music coming out of the nearby speakers turned into a grating hard rock song. Awful. We couldn't hear ourselves talk. Bad customer service attitude #2 was about to happen and the last straw. Nicely, one of us asked the same gal at the counter if she could turn the music down. The young woman at the counter said: "I'll see if I can." Really!?!?!? She disappeared into the back and almost immediately out stormed a man with an apron on who began by scolding us!!! He said: "You wouldn't be bothered by the music if you weren't sitting where you are near the speakers." Wow!!! Although dumbfounded by his unfriendly attitude and overt aggression, one of us explained to him that we were sitting where we were as it was the only option when we arrived. Without missing a beat he "mansplained" that he would NOT turn the music down as it was for ALL the patrons to enjoy. The irony of this is that the initial crowds had dispersed at this point and besides the 4 of us, there were now only two older gentlemen in the place who I am going to hazard a wild guess were likely not enjoying the particular music that was playing then either. Instead, we simply opted to pick up our food, coffee cups, jackets, two handbags and we switched tables. It was a hassle to do so quite frankly. We were offered no assistance as we struggled with our food, cups and belongings. If it had been just my husband and me we would have left everything on the table, picked up our stuff and walked out the door. Nothing was that great that I would have minded walking away from it all. Super bad vibes here! I have never once been in an establishment where on the very, very rare occasion I have asked to have music turned down that it wasn't turned down. We weren't going to be there for very long; they could blast their hard rock again once we left. This is a food establishment not a disco nor a music venue. I believe the owners must hope that people will sit, enjoy some food and coffee and a chat or maybe if one is solo, read a book. Nope! Apparently you must enjoy the music too no matter how grating or how loud or what the staff mandates that you must listen to. On another note if you still decide to come to this miserable place, be warned that they will charge you 3.99% (please...call it 4%) more to use a credit card. There are so many other places to go on the south shore for breakfast where peace and pleasantness reign supreme. This is a hard pass imo. Pity all this because the two relatives we were with had previously enjoyed this place which is why the four of us were there to begin with. But now the owner has lost 4 local customers and anyone else I can convince in my personal orbit to go elsewhere. Rude customer service is not a forgivable offense in my book. Even if the end result was not to turn the music down, the reaction to our request could have been done in a much kinder manner. "Can I help you move to another table?" is a thought. Owner, if that's who you were in the green apron with no beard nor hair net: You clearly don't deserve nor do you apparently need, (based on your attitude "sir"), our money or our patronage. I'll wait for an angry owner response to this review. I'll take an educated guess based on his reaction to us that impulse control may not be his strong suit. Yawn.

So disappointing. It didn't used to be this way but the past four or five months the shopping experience here has been steadily declining. Today at noon'ish, the hot foods counter was bare. Absolutely nothing in the trays. The cold foods were full but- tired looking. I no longer get anything from the prepared foods anyway, as I was on the losing end of an interrogation about potato salad last month (. . . and exactly why is it orange?) that was never going to provide an answer from the uninformed employee. Today, I did get prepared chicken salad this trip as it's delicious when it's made to their original recipe (rotisserie chicken, mayo, celery) but not so much when the chef skips the mayo. And celery. It looks like it has everything in it this time, so I'm hoping. Today in Produce, I did find two tomatoes on the vine. Not the delicious, locally-grown ones I found in here last week, but beggars can't be choosers, so I grabbed the last ones. Last week it was scallions. No scallions- why? That day, the helpful employee didn't deny it was odd, he just shrugged and said, "Maybe in a couple of days?". I could maybe excuse the empty shelves and the clueless employees except for the cashiers who know better than the customer. Today was the third visit I asked the employee conducting a painfully slow checkout process not to squash everything in my order into only one of my shopping bags but . . . nah, he knew best. so all went in one bag. Then he backed the cart out of his way into the line of people waiting patiently behind me, (insted of pulling it forward) saying, "You want your cart?" Why do I want that cart? I'm happy to put it back in the cart line without you running some poor woman's foot over with it, but sure, I'll drag the cart around the counter and through the line because I'm standing at the end of the counter emptying half of what's in one of my bags and filling the second bag with it anyways, so . . . I started shopping at TFM for the quality, the variety of unusual items and the pleasant employees who were helpful, doing a job, and trying to do it well. No clue what's happening, but I can't annoy myself here any more. But now I have to find Malted Milk Balls somewhere that even come close to TFM ones, and that's not gonna happen anytime soon!

Great First Experience!…read more This was my first time visiting Wahlburgers, and I really enjoyed it! My husband had been before, but this was my introduction, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and decorated with photos and memorabilia from Mark and Donnie Wahlberg's movies, which added a fun touch to the atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and everything was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered Our Burger Smash, while I went with the O.F.D. Burger. My burger was juicy and flavorful with perfectly cooked beef, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a soft brioche bun that held everything together beautifully. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger as well. We also shared the Loaded Tots with the spicy sauce, and they were outstanding! Crispy tots smothered in a creamy, spicy sauce, topped with bacon, green onions, and a drizzle of ranch--they were absolutely delicious and perfect for sharing. To drink, we tried the Wahlbrewski, and it was light, crisp, and refreshing, pairing perfectly with our burgers. Overall, I had a fantastic first experience. Great food, excellent service, a fun atmosphere, and reasonable prices. I can definitely see why this place is so popular, and I'll happily be back the next time I'm in town!
