I did a little research and quickly discovered on the Great American Cookie website that you can get it delivered. I picked a pre-made design and a regular chocolate chip cookie and had it delivered on a Friday evening. I never left my house and it showed up at my door... so easy and it saved me a trip to the mall. The cookie cake was a hit and just what the hubby wanted for his special day. I asked how that could be because I paid and preordered it 35 minutes prior and she said something about how the morning crew didn't make enough. Literally my whole motivation for going and buying 4 cookies was to try the Dubai chocolate. She did zero to accommodate their mistake. I'm a frequent customer and I'm so disappointed in this service. What is the point of having the app and pre-ordering and being a loyalty member? We got a small cup of Big Red Ice Cream, and a Amy's Tiny Chocolate Delight Ice Cream Cake. The Big Red Ice Cream was good. It was creamy and you could taste a hint of the Big Red flavor. The Chocolate Delight Ice Cream Cake had a strong Chocolate flavor and was super sweet. I could only eat a little bit of it but my son loved it. You do have to leave the Tiny Ice Cream Cake out at room temperature for about 15 minutes before you can cut into it. Overall it was a cool place to go and get some ice cream with different options but the wait can possibly be long depending on the time of day and the number of people working.
