Amazing chocolate chip cookies and service. I'm excited to get some for my birthday this month!

I preordered my cookies through the app specifically to try the Dubai Chocolate cookie., when I arrived, the person working said -are you Christina -and I told her yes. And she said, I'm so sorry but someone just came in and bought the last Dubai Chocolate cookie. I asked how that could be because I paid and preordered it 35 minutes prior and she said something about how the morning crew didn't make enough. Literally my whole motivation for going and buying 4 cookies was to try the Dubai chocolate. She did zero to accommodate their mistake. I'm a frequent customer and I'm so disappointed in this service. What is the point of having the app and pre-ordering and being a loyalty member? This one-star rating is specifically for today's experience at this location. read more

I need to Post an update on the previous review I want everyone to understand that after I posted that I had a violent reaction to the red dyes and yellow dyes that were in the cookies and the high fructose sugar. I was very sick for hours and the next day I was even worse. After consuming the crumble cookie 42 minutes later I was extremely ill Extracting all the cookie from my body. This being said I notified the business and they've been ghosting me this is a sad situation because even though they knew they did not list any of the ingredients up front which I have posted all the photos of what I took in the beginning so everyone can see and view I know a lot of people love these cookies me for one they were very good but I had a severe allergic reaction to them if you have children that is allergic to dyed and yellow dyes, don't give this to your children or your elderly parents. Crumble will not take Take any responsibility so I did report this to the health bureau because they need to be notified that red dyes 40 cannot be used in any of the food in the United States any longer. I ordered a dozen minis online for a holiday party at my child's school. Went to pickup the order, was told, "oh our app is glitching and some of the cookies you ordered were last weeks flavors". Ok, no biggie, decided to go with a dozen minis of the Grinch cookie, as I told the young lady it was for a kids school party and would great. Umm... Do they train the bakers and decorators?? Very disappointing after spending $30 for cookies and giving a tip too! I should have looked in the box before leaving! Lesson learned. My first time at Crumbl. I have to say, their cookies are good. I couldn't eat a whole one in one sitting though. They are very sweet, and pretty large. I tried the strawberry cheesecake flavor. Didn't have a strong strawberry flavor. Actually tasted fake, like an extract. And the cookie itself seemed like it had raw dough flavor. It wasn't raw dough, but it had that flavor of raw dough. Maybe it was just this cookie, or the batch. I would like to try another flavor and see if there is some difference. This flavor cookie was good, but didn't hit the mark for me. But no worries, I'd like to try another flavor. The service was nice. Everyone was busy making cookies and boxing up orders. The store itself is small and very clean. There is a small area where you can place your order yourself. I believe you can place a cookie order online too. read more

The cookies change every week so there is always smoothing new and exciting to choose from. The store is always clean and well maintained. Service is quick. Place you order either at the self service kiosk or at the counter and usually by the time you're done either tapping your card or pay your cash the staff is all ready calling your name. --I reached out online and Called the store to discuss. I was hung up on and no contacts were made to me to discuss the incident. After 48 hours, I came to yelp. Last week, I preordered 24 cookies online, with a note for a local highschool team. I selected the 6-6:30 pick up time. I arrived at 6:15 and a male employee said he didn't have my order. I said it was 6-6:30, so if it wasn't ready I could wait. It was not ready. During the 20 minutes I waited, he yelled, cried, threw pans around, yelled at the other employee. He didn't give me cookies, rather continued to help other customers and was upset with all of them also. He then asked why I was still there and I told him that he hadn't given me the cookies. For which he yelled and said, well it's your fault for not telling me you were here. Then I reminded him, I had been there for 20 minutes. He screamed and threw two boxes of cookies on the counter at me. I asked if I could talk to the manager. He said crumbl doesn't have managers. I went to my car, quickly followed by another customer who brought the rest of my cookies to me. Ok, this is a new Crumbl location and while the cookies are good- they're very large (they call them regular but they're huge) so you can't really eat more than one at a time. They do come out warm though and in individual pink boxes, which is probably one reason these cookies are expensive and a splurge item! Each week they offer 4-5 different flavors but their chocolate chip is always available. They have all the available (display version) cookies sitting on a tray by the register so you can shop with your eyes. They make smaller cookies (they call them mini but they're a normal sized cookie) as you can see in the photo (and they do have the them sitting out right where you can order) but you can only buy those in a catering order- I think a minimum of 50? 4 stars for taste but 3 stars for the extreme size of the cookie and the $$ and the fact that every single person I was in the store with tried to order the smaller size that was sitting right there and every time the employee had to tell them that size was only available for catering. It would be great if you could order the mini sized cookies to try all the flavors and not get sick. There's no way you could eat all 4 of the big ones unless you were sharing with several people. I ordered two large and could barely eat half of each. The pink cookie was my favorite. Fruity pebble was ok but quite messy. read more
