Same quality food , but I kind of liked their old location a little better. New place just doesn't have that same feel. Overall, I'd say this buffet is right up there with the buffets I go to on Long Island. Both the Long Island buffet I go to and this buffet charge $11.99 for lunch and that is a bargain. Many Chinese Buffets are $14-$16 now .You get 10 percent off being a Senior over 65. I can't figure out the negative reviews , there are plenty of choices, some better than others, that are just as good as at other high priced buffets.Nice white meat in the nuggets and the fresh shrimp on ice is really good. The Hot and Sour Soup is really tasty, the chicken is really good, they have breaded shrimp and fresh shrimp, the veggie and dessert Bar is really good as well. I drive up to Norwich from Long Island and after 5 hours driving It's really nice to stop there for a complete lunch meal. I go there around 2PM and the buffet is my lunch/dinner, very nice having a place like this to stop at when going up to my Cabin in Northern Chenango County or when I stay at Norwich Hotels. We were here visiting my cousins and they are regulars and have never had a problem. I started off with some Hot & Sour Soup which was spot on, even though I have had better. I thought everything I tried was exceptional and I was loving the baby clams with melted butter. I tried some chicken and broccoli that was great and some roasted pork, fall aPart smooth. I even had a Brussel sprout and loved it and I don't eat Brussel Sprouts. Finished it all off with a scoop of Hershey's vanilla with strawberry sauce, whew! So I finally decided to try out the buffet after getting takeout here several time. Sushi, crab legs, and salmon were some of the foods offered during dinner time. I enjoyed the roast pork and clams the most. Everything I tried was fine, though not amazing. Some items were a bit lukewarm. The sushi definitely had way too much rice and most rolls were filled with cream cheese and imitation crab. But for $10, I can't complain. This certainly beats any other Chinese in or around town. Cheap prices. Seating is immediate. The buffet stations are never empty, seldomly ever low. They offer different items between lunch and dinner. Also, sushi bar if interested for no extra charge. They do specials on holidays. I did try a piece of chicken which still had the chickens hair attached! That was the only complaint I have made and I have visited several times! read more

For the area it gets 3 stars... As for a Chinese buffet that i am used to i would give it 2. They have the standards your typically find. A few proteins a few vegetables and appetizers. I have eaten here and it's an alright place. They definitely have a variety of foods. My problem is I wish they would keep the seafood away from the other foods as I'm allergic to shellfish and I really don't want to take the chance if it being in my food. Went here for dinner on a Friday evening around 5:30. Seated immediately. Great selection including decent sushi which pleasantly surprised me. Prompt and friendly service. Fairly priced. We use to go here a lot when they first opened. Stopped going because it always looked and smelled very dirty when you walk in. Last week I decided I wanted sushi, so we gave them another try. Upon my arrival I asked for a container to get spicy mayo. When I walked over to fill it, I grabbed the bottle and it was NASTY!!! I grabbed the second and it was just as bad if not worse than the first!!! There was no way I was using that. I approached the lady at the desk and told her the bottles were gross and asked if she had any that were clean. She said yes and went over to the sushi bar, grabbed the SAME bottles and filled my dish! I said "NO WAY, I just told you those were absolutely gross and you filled my container?" she said "Sorry, this is all we have" Needless to say we will never, EVER go back here again!!!! Really good Chinese. The place was very clean and had an attentive staff. There was a large selection of food. 6 flavors of Hershey's Ice Cream. The Peanut Chicken, Honey Chicken and Sushi were AMAZING! But there was nothing that I tried that was bad. Everything they had was decent to fantastic.
