Arrived on time for my 10AM appointment and was told it would be @2 hours…read more Came back in 2 hours and they had yet to start and told me that it would be another 2+ hours from the time they started it. THEN the person replacing took a look at my paperwork and said that they were not sure the replacement would work with the glass that they had ordered and that they would need to order it from the dealer. So they sucked 2+ hours of my life just to look at it and say they would not be able to fix it. There was no notice that they were running 2 hours behind and their excuse was they had multiple 10 AM appointments. Isn't that the whole point of making an appointment?
