It turned out to be true. Jeanine greeted me with a huge smile. I told her my story and she asked Dale if he could help. I looked around for maybe 90 seconds and he already put the key on. It was really amazing. I wanted to make a purchase but really couldn't find anything I needed. It didn't matter. They were just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard's for those hard to find things the big box stores don't carry. I told a couple of my neighbors about this store and one said he comes here at least once a month and also raved about the customer service

The guys said his name was AKIVA? - I will never be back, no I will be back because I was helped many times before, someone can respond to me and tell me when that guy is FIRED and quite honestly any employee that sat there while he was mocking me like some playground bully, they should be fired right along with him for allowing it to happen. It's SAD that I'm actually writing this review because I am one of the biggest supporters of "support small business" but I cannot ever suggest this business after the way I was treated today. Also, you don't have to order enough to supply an army- if you need a small quantity, DK hardware will sell it to you. The item arrived quickly, and was packaged well. The price was fair, and the expectations for arrival time and communications were all clear. I plan on making more purchases from DK- they did a great job of filling my order! What's DK stand for? They set up numerous tables, and the classes fill up quickly. You sign up online and can stop by anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. It is completely free for the kids. They provide regular sized tables as well as a few toddler sized tables. The staff supplies hammers and screwdrivers, and the kits include all of the materials needed to complete the project. They also provide paint supplies so the kids can decorate their finished projects. As an extra treat, each child receives a cookie and water. It is a great experience, and they host it every month with a different project. First time visitors receive an apron with the child's name on it, and a collectible pin is included with each project. It is fun to see the kids working on their creations and showing off the pins they have collected over time. Highly recommend!
