It was really amazing. I wanted to make a purchase but really couldn't find anything I needed. It didn't matter. They were just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard's for those hard to find things the big box stores don't carry. I told a couple of my neighbors about this store and one said he comes here at least once a month and also raved about the customer service

I just wanted to say what a fabulous, fabulous Staff they have at ACE Hardware Cordova Road!! They were beyond accommodating, taking time to help me locate my miss placed wallet. I don't have the names of everyone at ACE Hardware that were so very kind. The two Managers, and one very lovely older woman were stellar. The security guard at TJ Maxx located my wallet. Not sure how I lost it!! I am so blessed!!

We knew we wanted a slider of some sort but couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Looked for two years until searching the Internet I found BARTELS DOORS, 1901 TIGERTAIL BLVD., DANIA BEACH, FL 33004. Being I was in Del Ray Beach that day I hopped into the car and off I went to Bartels Doors. From the first time I walked into the store until this past Tuesday we have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Finding immediately what I wanted on the trip my husband and I drove back a few weeks later and picked out our door from the huge variety they have. Being as the door is made in Germany we were told it would be approximately four months to make and get here. What's another four months so okay let's do this. On Tuesday, April 22, our door was delivered and installed. The staff from Bartels had called giving us updates on the door and then called for a delivery time and setup. Being as we live three hours away they were still able to deliver (for a very small fee) and install on a timely basis (30 minutes earlier than told). The staff at Bartels Doors are outstanding, fabulous and so courteous and we will be doing business with them again. The door??? Beyond our wildest dream and it's BEAUTIFUL installed.

Also, you don't have to order enough to supply an army- if you need a small quantity, DK hardware will sell it to you. The item arrived quickly, and was packaged well. We completed a super complicated project for a customer and installed it. Returned to our customer's house for additional work and found that one piece was rusting. Called DK and was told there was nothing they could do. It had been over 30 days. It takes 30 days to do this work, so we didn't know it was the wrong material until after that. We'll double check in the future, but at the end of the day they sent an incorrect product and should replace it with the correct product. This costs us about $2500 in time alone to repair. Looking into small claims. Terrible customer service. Do not shop here.
