Instead, I just came home to a postcard informing me that my price would go from $68 a month to $136 a month. Due to this omission of information up front, I promptly cancelled my space and took my business elsewhere. The corporate customer service woman was useless, intolerant and couldn't understand my problem. She refused to give me any help or options and hung up on me. At the very least I expect transparency in hours of operation. But to be closed the day before all scheduled auctions is unethical and shady. Disgusting
