Totes were ripped open and left perfectly upright, some knocked over and stuff was everywhere. There were footprints on the storage tote lids that didn't match any of the shoes I had had and I was the only one with a key. Brought this up with who was working at the time and he gave little to no help. Just told me to simply file a claim. I had to list every single little item and what it retailed for when I have had some of these items for 10+ years. Some items belonging to family members that they had gave to me that were from at least 30 years ago. Of course I filled it out and sent it in but I never got a response. It was infuriating that I had put my trust into a place that I expected to keep my items safe and was failed. Not only to mention when I signed up my unit was 99 dollars which increased to 275 dollars in a year and a half. It was a struggle to pay after so long. Other than that it was always clean and quiet. Other staff were friendly and kind. If you choose to stay here just be cautious.

Once you get moved in they raise the rent enough to not be worth the hassle to move. It's strategic and intentional. They are company I would not recommend to anyone for storage needs. I regret leaving Walker storage. This place cares about money above all. Lots of better choices in the area. THESE UNITS ARE NOT DRY! They will not keep the water and outside debris from getting inside. I had damaged boxes that got wet. The unit always has leaves dirt and Pineneedles blown in from the outside underneath the door. Also as you can see from the pictures the units are not private. Someone can easily fit through the top and reach over to steal things and a small person could easily fit through that gap at rob you blind and you would have no idea. These units are not safe and do not protect your items from the outside elements.
