I've used this facility for years and they continue to be great. I cannot recommend them enough for stage solutions 10/10!

BWEARE! Wet units, units are not secure, and expect WET BOXES when it rains! Watch out, they will increase price without notice. Once you get moved in they raise the rent enough to not be worth the hassle to move. It's strategic and intentional. They are company I would not recommend to anyone for storage needs. I regret leaving Walker storage. This place cares about money above all. Lots of better choices in the area. THESE UNITS ARE NOT DRY! They will not keep the water and outside debris from getting inside. I had damaged boxes that got wet. The unit always has leaves dirt and Pineneedles blown in from the outside underneath the door. Also as you can see from the pictures the units are not private. Someone can easily fit through the top and reach over to steal things and a small person could easily fit through that gap at rob you blind and you would have no idea. Due to what I do for work I have more experience renting storage units than most, and I'm leaving a quick pros and cons list form my personal experience renting here to hopefully help perspective renters make an educated decision to rent here or not. Pros: -Staff is friendly and helpful -Drive up access to every unit is awesome and convenient -Genuinely felt my stuff was secure Cons: -Getting in and out of the facility is a pain, you have to do a U turn almost every time depending on which direction you approach from and where you need to go when you leave, due to the median in the road. -The rent was originally very fair but they quickly increased it significantly and often (after a little over a year I was paying 30% more each month than my starting rent) read more

I stored my elderly RV at Extra Space. As a new widow, I was a little puzzled about how to arrange safe storage for my RV. The very nice men in the office were a huge help. My RV now is in a clean, dry, covered space now where she will be protected all winter. The extra attention and consideration I received was a blessing! I highly recommend them. read more

The unit itself was exactly what I wanted - easy to drive up & unload into a clean unit that was ready & waiting for me. Outside of the excellent customer service from Margarita, this business hasn't had one single positive aspect to share. I had to give my notice to move as of today because when I went online to pay my bill, I had yet another rate increase. That's the second one in 9 months. I've gone from 155 a month, to 188 a month. There's entirely too many other options for storage. The attitude of the other gentleman that works there, leaves much to be desired. My interactions with him were always very poor. To the point that when I would go in to pay, if Margarita wasn't there, I'd come back another day. I just don't understand the philosophy of raising the rent twice in 9 months. You think people just won't move there stuff? Well I will. The U-Haul is cheaper to move my stuff than leave it there and let you guys get away with this absurd fleecing. I couldn't ever recommend this company to anyone. I kick myself for not following my instincts at the beginning and seeing their bait and switch pricing for what it was, unscrupulous business practices. I meant to leave this review months ago, but there's no time like the present, right?! Anyways, I had a last minute move and was going from a house to a room temporarily and needed storage asap. Kimberly helped me find the perfect unit at a great price with nothing but exemplary service along the way. Today I called to "move out" of my unit as I am moving into a house again, and she answered all of my questions and made everything very simple. We had a horrifying experience and will never be renting from another Extra Space Storage facility again. First of all, we were charged $70/mo for a non-climate controlled 5x5 unit which is way over priced in my opinion. I would have been fine with the cost if the size of the unit was actually as advertised. The actual size was 4x4 feet and clearly was not large enough for most storage needs. Prior to using the unit, I had called and asked if it was large enough to fit a queen sized bed since I had absolutely no trouble fitting the same bed in a 5x5 at Northwest storage without any issues at all. It wasn't even close to being large enough and I am unfortunately left now with a ruined bed along with many other things damaged. After I finally managed to move all of my things into this tiny storage space, I signed a contract with them and was told that I would be paying $70/month long term...Guess what? Only 3 months into my contract, without any notification, my monthly bill was increased to $83/month. I called for an explanation and was told that the price of the units increases based on market price and that there was nothing I could do. $83 a month for a non-climate controlled 4x4 foot unit is absolutely absurd. I would be better off renting a 2 bedroom place and using the extra room as a storage unit. I'm currently renting a 5x5 climate controlled unit from a different organization for $55 including insurance and you guessed it, all of my things fit in the space as was advertised. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Extra Space and would give them 0 stars if possible. Make your decision to rent with them cautiously. read more

This place is very clean and well kept. I appreciate that very much when storing furniture items that I don't want to get ruined. Ronald was very polite and personable. I had to bring my two small children with me when I went to check out the place and he was so kind to them and made us feel at ease. I do feel that the rate is a little high, but as it is close to our home and very clean, it will do. read more
