I'm in Oregon for a wedding and am traveling with carry on only. I purchased some items I couldn't fly with so I popped in to mail it home to California. USPS was closed as it was Sunday so I came in here since it was the only option. It's certainly not the most affordable option, but I was grateful to have the option at all. Plenty of parking is available. The store is very clean and tidy. Staff is super nice and helpful. read more

I walked in & asked for a rate on mailing my envelope to Quebec. The dark guy with glasses & a hat, yelled at me saying it would be $100-$200 & didn't bother to look it up. The other employee had to come over to tell him to look it up! I said, yes I need an exact price. He said he wasn't going to because of the way I spoke to him!!?? I needed to mail a letter USPS certified and I knew they would charge more, which I accepted when deciding to stop there for the convenience, but for them to literally price gauge and rip people off is disgusting. They don't just charge double....or triple...or quadruple...it was actually 4.3 times as much. I told them absolutely not and went to the post office. Get this...This UPS store said 20.45 ( I could be off on the cents, but it was over 20$ and under $21) to mail the letter USPS certified. That same letter sent certified at the post office was 4.85. I will never step foot in a UPS store again. I understand charging more, but to blatantly price gouge people is a reflection on this stores ethics and moral character. Avoid this place. read more

I'd rate a 0 if possible. My son went in to mail my Mother's Day; he paid for the shipping cost as well as the ridiculously high fee for them to pack up the gift. The gift was a Pandora charm with a card; a 5 x 7 x 2 box or even an envelope would have sufficed. He paid the fees and left with the receipts and promises that the shipment would get to me on Tuesday, May 16th. A package DID arrive on the 16th, however it was a large Amazon box with a pet bed for a crate in it (still sealed with Amazon packing tape). This store slapped my son's label over the original Amazon label. My son immediately went to the store to see what had happened and was given the run around by two employees. I called to find out what to do with the box that I received and Raul said he needed to call his manager who was in surgery to advise us. BTW, Raul is the one who assisted my son with the transaction originally. I sent a follow up email that day requesting a response and reiterating what we spoke about. My son did the same. A week later, "Doug" replied to my son's email asking for a copy of the receipts (for the item, the packing fee, and the shipping charge). My son provided all of that and was told they were looking into it. It's been two weeks, I've sent numerous emails (which have all gone unanswered or even acknowledged) so I called and spoke with Doug. He still couldn't tell me what to do with the box, but was looking into it and would let me know in a few hours. Still nothing ... ** Crickets on their end ***. My son has filed a claim with UPS. I decided to write a few reviews in hopes that they will actually DO something about their major error. Save your money - go to USPS. You'll have to wait in lines, but at least you have a much better shot of them not ripping you off! (I'd post pics of both labels but they have our addresses on them). read more

Great customer service, but unfortunately they charge $5 to print 2 pieces of paper and won't provide more than two pieces of tape. Very stingy store, I wouldn't recommend if needing to ship directly, or print. 2 pieces of tape won't hold any box these days. I just went into store #1887 20449 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy, Aloha, OR 97003, and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Not only did Hector refuse to help me, but he kept walking away from me, but I forgot my glasses and tried to get him to fill out the addressee for me; he refused, laughed and walked away. I will never use this store again, and going to report this to everyone that I can as this employee has no fear of retribution I asked him if hes was the owner and just laughed again, I put my experience on Nextdoor and FB and received from dozens of others that have revived rude service, mistreatment and overcharging, It is obvious that this store has a toxic environment and I am doing everything that I can to get this location shutdown.. Update: What a difference! I went to a different UPS Store and did precisely the same thing, and the guy was friendly, helpful, and told a joke. read more

I usually have a good experience at this location. I send out a weekly covid test using a pre paid envelope. The parking is the best at this location vs. the other 3 nearby UPS stores that I've used because it was closest to other errands I had going on. I've never had to wait long. Even during the busy holiday season and I was waiting in a long line outdoors. An employee came outside to see if anyone had drop offs, and took my package off my hands. Thank you! read more

4 stars if you are only going here to drop off Amazon returns. I can't speak to all other services. From my experience, it's usually expedient no matter what time of day I go here. I shipped a package recently and it seemed really expensive. I wanted to experiment with prices and I would definitely only ship from USPS from now on. I feel like everything else now aside from Amazon returns is a "premium service" if you know what I mean. Phone service is not great, which is probably one of the reasons why their overall rating is so low. One time I called, got placed on hold for many days and then disconnected. You'd just have to show up in person. read more

The UPS store is our safe shipping address for parcels. We get greeted by the staff by name and have only had positively friendly service. Sometimes they get very busy so just timing your visits to the non peak times when it is slower helps. read more

I had to return some shoes and needed a box and some tape and it had to be dropped off at UPS. This is the closest to my place - I bought tape and a box for a little over $10.00 (Sadly, I'm sure I had a box laying somewhere at home but ahh oh well) They have boxes, tape, measurements, copy machine etc. Employees were very accommodating and helpful. They currently allow only 3 people max into the store. Thankfully, I was the only on that was there at the time and they allowed me to tape up the box and add my label with no hassle. I was asked if I wanted a copy of my tracking and I accepted. Simple and quick service. read more

One star. Not good. Here's what happened: We went in today, Sunday morning at 10:30am because there weren't any other UPS Stores open on Sunday, and we needed to buy a couple boxes for shipping. We were very clear about what we wanted, just boxes. The clerk, a young lady, wanted to weigh the items. We said we just needed boxes. We were not doing a pack and ship order and were not shipping the items. After she quoted us a price for pack and ship, we had to tell her once again, we only wanted boxes. Clearly we made her head explode, because at that point she flipped a huge attitude and told us we'd have to buy the tape and other supplies to pack the items. At that point, we were a little bewildered by her behavior. She wasn't listening to a thing we said, and was getting angry with us because she couldn't understand what we wanted. We were very clear about what we wanted. Finally, she brought the boxes over, rang us up, and walked away without even handing us our receipt, which was still there waiting in the printer. We left, eager to write a Yelp review about our experience, and if we need a box on a Sunday we'll go to Office Depot. read more

A customer service person called me back, they corrected the address they said and contacted the local office. Three days later the package came back to me at the Aloha UPS store! If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I paid for a letter to be delivered overnight to Mexico, my packet got there 1 week later, I had the same document's delivered back to me overnight again and again it was guaranteed overnight for 100.00, it was not delivered 24 hours, but 48+ hours, they tried to deliver it on Friday, at 5:30pm I was in the shower with my 1 year old, I called the store where it's suppose to be at...‍ the girl who answered sounded like she was eating that was gross, poor customer service skills and a nonchalant attitude. Seriously. Provide a little more customer service training for your young employees. I went to UPS with a very simple copying job that required a slight enlargement of my original. The employee on duty informed me that I would have to do the work myself on an unfamiliar copier. I told her that I might need some help. So after about ten minutes of her bungling the job, I figured it out myself and made 2 (two) copies of what I needed. The employee charged me 80 cents per copy because she had to 'help me'. When I told her I didn't think she should charge me for her 'assistance', she did anyway. This employee was on duty on Friday, August 30, at approximately 2PM in the afternoon. She could use some training in customer service - and also learning how to use the copier. I should have charged her a fee for teaching her. read more

I went to go drop off a package to ship and I didn't have any tape. The lady was extremely helpful. She taped it for me and I asked her to tape the sides as well and she did it with no hesitation and attitude. She was so nice and had excellent customer service. I went to go ship a custom framed jersey and they didn't have a box big enough to ship it and they couldn't figure out an alternative solution like taping two boxes together. The guy tried calling his boss to ask what he should do and no answer. He called corporate and still no answer. I asked to have something notarized and he said he couldn't do it because I had already signed the first page. I told him that he just watched me sign it but he still wouldn't do it. You shouldn't be working in customer service if you can find solutions on your own or aren't willing to help your customers. I walked out with my frame and documents in hand and told him I would take my business to FedEx instead. read more

The poor reviews at this store are unfortunately accurate... the person working behind the counter was clearly bothered when helping me get a proper sized box for the items I needed shipped. Was advised they would not assist me with packing the items (which is fine, I get it) and that they would only put one piece of tape across the top and bottom. Also fine, I just don't understand why this needed to be communicated as rudely as it was. I did not argue over any of this information, just accepted it as likely their policy. They measured the size of my items to fit a box, and handed me the right sized one. Once I received the proper sized box I stepped aside in line in order to package my items, asked if where I left the box was appropriate for the person behind the counter and thanked them. As I was leaving another person who had been behind me in line (who mind you, came in halfway through my transaction at the counter) tried calling me out for not thanking the person behind the counter for assisting me, though I had. The person working behind the counter responded by thanking this customer in response. All around not a good experience, and not worth coming to this store even if it is the only one open on a Sunday. Will not be returning for any reason. read more

this is my first Yelp review. I agree with the rest who would like to give this store a 0 rating as 1 is giving them too much. Two weeks ago I have given two returns to Amazon on two separate return labels, each one goes to a different state and paid for one of the shipments. two weeks later the one I paid for to go to California never got there and the woman in the store wouldn't give me the time of day to look up where the shipments went and if they arrived, She even REFUSED to take my paperwork to look up WHERE it was shipped to I kept telling her it was two separate shipments and the one I wanted to know where it was shipped to was actually the one I paid for. She just kept on repeating the same sentence like a parrot just to make me leave. Well I will leave and will never go back to that store! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

The so called Manager Jennifer, couldn't have been less helpful. She's just there to take up space. She's got no clue what the customers rights are.. wouldn't give me the information on the store owner. Has the nerve to say "why would anyone want your item?" It was a pampered chef baking dish.. This is the absolute last resort place for anything. No one here seems to care about the customers. Every time I go here I end up waiting like half an hour for something that should only take about 2 minutes. The turn over rate on existing employees is probably largely to blame. Visited this store today to send off an envelope that needed about 4 inches of tape to completely seal it. I was informed it would be no problem to tape it up, but it would cost $1.50 to do it. Are you kidding me...?!? I feel sorry for the emloyees of this store who have to put up with customer's reactions for such a ridiculous charge. I took my envelope to the Hillsboro UPS store where they happily taped it up free of charge. Visited the TVHWY- Aloha, OR store on Thursday about 11:00 am (11/18/21). Walked in and three people were helping some woman with fingerprinting. Another customer had her stuff spread out on the counter and who knows how long she had been there. I walked in and not a word out of anyone. I waited about 20 mins while the lady coughed her head off(thankfully she had a mask on). The two employees just stared as another person walked in, no acknowledge, no we'll be right with you. They acted as if no one was even in that building. The first woman asked how much longer and should we all come back later, five people waiting now. No reply. She stood there and wait a little longer then walked out. FINALLY, the gal said, "How can I help you" picking up a package that took five minutes to hand to me and 30 mins in waiting. I won't go back to that one, especially since there is a UPS Store on every corner. The gal with her orange gear was one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered there. The first time I came here I had pre-bubble wrapped my item and just needed a box and to ship it. The teller was very friendly but I was very annoyed that he had to charge me $8 for packing services. I decided since the guy was so nice I could come back again but next time pack everything myself. The second time I came back, there was a customer in front of me wanting to ship a book overseas. This time it was girl teller (who wasn't friendly at all) who told the woman it would cost her over $100 to ship it. The woman stormed out. It was my turn now and I came up with my tiny envelope that only weighed a few ounces, it was the smallest packaging I could find. The teller, who was unwelcoming yet again, told me it would cost $21 to ship. OUTRAGEOUS! I immediately left. I went to the USPS on 185th and they only charged me $2.07. This UPS store is either a scam or the employees don't have a clue what they're doing. read more
