Kaylinn came to the rescue when my mom and I needed her the most! My grandma had become sick very quickly and we needed to pack her up and move her out of state in a whirlwind trip. My mom and I stumbled across Kaylinn by happenstance, through yelp, and it was the best luck we'd had on our trip. Kaylinn was a rockstar! She was responsive, quick to offer packing help, showed up early to my grandma's apartment (THE VERY NEXT DAY), brought extra packing supplies just in case, was highly knowledgeable and creative and hustled her butt off while the three of us packed up the entire apartment in 4 hours! I can't say enough kind words about Kaylinn and the moving company she partners with - they became lifesavers when life was throwing some pretty fast curve balls our way. Even after she helped us pack the apartment - she was instrumental in coordinating the movers, the loading of the boxes and the shipment of the stuff from Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area. She even returned the keys to the leasing office for us since we were out of state!!!! Truly saved us from multiple headaches and also having to travel to back Oregon ourselves! Kaylinn has a LOT of business flowing, but she took the time and patience to talk to me about my situation over the phone. She gave me her well-honed expertise without pushing or pressuring me into product. She arranged a time for me to pick up the boxes, and I headed over. Kaylinn was so helpful and down to earth loading my boxes into my trunk and once again, VERY PATIENT even though she has 10,000 things going on with advice on how to best pack for my move and gave me specific tips and tricks for each box--it sounds cheesy, but I learned more than I ever thought I could about packing dishes! Whew... finally settling down to our new life in Berlin... which we could not have done without Kaylinn's help! She is an absolute force of nature, and helped us pack up our house over the course of a week on short notice. I don't know what she did, but our dining room chairs -- which are the bane of movers' existence -- disappeared into 4 boxes. Amazing. If you ever need help packing up, call her. After I moved into my new place with August Movers (who did an excellent job, btw) i asked them if they knew a good place to get rid of my empty boxes after unpacking. They told me Moving Boxes & More had helped them out a million times and they gave me the phone number. After I had been unpacking for a few weeks I had a huge stack of flattened boxes so I decided it was time to call. Kaylinn answered and was very friendly and helpful. She asked about the quality and sizes of my used boxes. The majority had been new to me when I moved. She said she couldn't take anything with styrofoam inserts but directed me to local styrofoam recyclers she has worked with. She was able to schedule a time to pick up my boxes pretty quickly. I love that I not only help the environment by recycling but also that I didn't need to haul all the empties someplace - to recycling bins or otherwise. Kaylinn is the first 'packer' I've ever worked with. What a savior! Being a former antiques and art dealer, let's just say I still have a lot of inventory. Kaylinn came to the house at least five days, sometimes for the entire day, packing antique glassware and china, family heirlooms and art...I think she packed 40+ paintings and original prints. Husband says she saved our marriage. All I know is she moved us into high gear, helping us get our 4200sq ft packed and ready to go in time for the movers.
