Would recommend this facility to anybody! I am recent college graduate and needed a place to store furniture while I temporarily moved back with my parents. My family had a good experience with them in the past, so I called them & it couldn't have been easier. Their insurance is affordable & I was able to have a quick turn around. I am giving this storage company a strong 3. It is a typical storage facility; indoors, secured by keypad and code access, gated, temperature control and clean. The lack of stars come from the employee/management culture. I am writing this review as an outsider. I did not personally store my items here only help with moving items in. During the unloading, a male employee came by and asked if we needed anything, are we good to go? Yes, we are! Thank you so much for asking. Very normal for him to ask. Now we are about 45minutes to an hour into the move, he has come back over several times, standing around looking into trucks, I say trucks because not only ours but others moving in and out as well. (Odd) He is just very nosy and asking everyone questions, where are you moving to, or how far is this place. Walking up and down the halls where people are moving in or out, almost pacing and scanning. At this point, I bluntly asked; " Do you always supervise costumers as they are moving in or out? Are you allowed to help? He replied, "No I can't help, legally I can't. And I'm just doing my rounds." I then asked him to stop, coming up and asking us questions and looking into the truck if you are unable to help unload. He became overbearing and it felt almost as if he was casing the content of our load. Myself(female) and the gentlemen next to me are all looking at each other like WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS MAN? It was the most bizarre experience we all had. To wrap up this experience, the man was just a nosy busy body, who may have thought he was being helpful with his odd sense of jokes and continuous scanning. I hope this review actually reaches someone in management and he is told, to simply remove himself from the loading docks and let customers be. I am an out of state college student and I frequently move (during breaks) and have to store stuff. This is my first time renting from premier and I wish I had come across them sooner. They are amazing, and extremely understanding. They accepted my insurance, which is nice bc my last place required theirs in order to rent. They were up front about all costs. They provide one free truck rental, their truck, which saved me easily so much money from renting a uhaul. I also loved that in order to go to your unit you have to scan your card for the elevators. Super good service. This is the second time I've rented a storage unit from them. Nice large carts to move your stuff, never very crowded. We moved up to Washington and made a trip to get our things, I had brought the wrong key! Jared helped us tremendously by sawing off the old lock, which saved the dray. I've rented units a couple times, and have been very happy. Clean and secure. Handy carts to move your stuff. A clean bathroom to wash up. Helpful staff. 80's rock on the sound system, and local "street" signs help you find your way around add a fun touch. Did I mention the A/C? :-) read more

Premier Storage was in a great location for us. The facility is clean, safe, well lit, and well maintained. Restrooms are clean also. Carts are always available, and parking for your vehicle is under a roof. The only thing that could improve the units would be an overhead interior light (on a timer), as the back end of our unit was fairly dim. And oh yes, the I-heart music was unwelcome. read more

I probably shopped around at about a dozen different storage spots until I decided to go with Premier Storage. The guys seem friendly & alright (only had to speak with them face to face twice). The storage itself is well maintained, clean, secure & easy to navigate...all which are personally my biggest concerns with a storage place. The moving truck they give you to use is nice & new which no other storage place I shopped at gives you one upon rental. Overall, I've been very satisfied & never had to worry about my stuff...which should be a given with any competent storage facility. Pros: CLEAN FREE use of a moving truck when you move in. Payments can be done over the phone, automatic, or online. CLIMATE-CONTROLLED GREAT rates compared to what else I checked out there. Cons: Access Hours are only 6am-10pm, which isn't TOO bad...but I'm a night owl. :) read more

Best storage facility I've ever signed up with. I love how secure the entire premises are. With the heated units I don't have to worry about clothing or other soft items becoming damaged. Even though this facility was more expensive than alternatives, I chose it because it seemed new and secure. They had a pipe break during the time I was storing my personal belongings in one of their units. Many of my personal goods were destroyed, including a new expensive mattress and personal memorabilia. The pipe breaking was due to negligent maintenance. Local/branch management was friendly but powerless. Corporate admitted fault but refused to pay because I did not have insurance on the unit. They ended up cutting me a check for less than 10% of the cost of the damaged goods. The corporate rep was not sympathetic and basically said take it or leave it. I considered legal options but ultimately decided it was not worth the hassle. Stay away from this place! read more

The real reason, though, that they get five stars is the free usage of their truck to store your stuff. What an incredible convenience and cost-saving. In the Beaverton, Hillsboro area I began with Public storage and the found Premier storage. The guys who work here are great. Friendly, Helpful, Fun. and informative. You also get to have the mov ing truck when you first move in - which is a great thing...and don't worry...it is easy to drive! The place its self is amazing. It is nice to have our things in a safe place and not have to worry at all. The units are climate controlled so you never have to worry about too hot or your things freezing...or getting moisture. They lock up safe and sound. Every time you open your unit the light pops on to greet you. (Plus the tunes they have piped in are not bad!) Three words that are important...CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! What I like best though is knowing you can go down to your unit and sort - look around - whatever and be SAFE...the eye in the sky is watching...but I never once have been scared to be down there. I made a move across country and needed a place to store some furniture I knew I wouldn't have room for quite yet so I searched for a nice storage place. I was lucky enough to find this wonderful place. I made a reservation online and they quickly called me to ask when I'd be coming in. The guys were incredible friendly and personable and knowledgeable. I arrived there and they showed me the unit and gave me a tour. I was impressed at the level of security they had; you needed a card key to get into the building and to use the elevator and the key would only give you access to the floor your unit is located. They also provided a lock. The unit was clean and the size that was listed. All in all I was very content with my experience with them. I am happy to continue to rent from them as long as I need to! read more

I have been with Public Storage for years and moved out once I realized that for the exact same size of a climate controlled unit, I could save $45 a month with Premier Storage. I rented from a well know competitor for a few years and finally got fed up with the yearly raise in rental rates. This past July, they wanted to raise my rent a ridiculous $50 per month. I went looking for an alternative and found Premier Storage. Same unit on the main floor now costs me $100 less per month. I love the facility; it's clean, climate controlled, easy to access, everything is spotless at all times and it's a very pleasant experience. Even piped in music!! What a treat for a necessary evil. The only drawback is my unit doesn't have lighting inside, which makes it a little difficult to see in the back but that's the only thing and it's only a minor annoyance. I got an LED battery-powered lantern so I'm good. read more

Best Facility Ever I have been renting from this facility since Sept 2015 and the customer service is amazing. When I first stopped by the business before I rented a unit, there were 2 guys and I received a tour and everything. Jared is super helpful and no matter which guy you get, they believe in great customer service. I needed a larger unit and they were able to keep me on the same floor. The facility is bright, clean, safer than any other storage facility you can get and it's even temperature controlled. For what you get, you can't beat the price. They have about 6 large size hand trucks you can use so you don't have to make a ton of trips and you get free use of the truck when moving in or out. If I had to pick one thing that was most important to me, I would pick security of the business and the fact that it's so clean is just icing on the cake. Thanks guys!! read more

I try to be fair and honest with my reviews. I, too, shopped around quite a bit before choosing Premier Storage. I liked the use of the free move in truck, the climate controlled atmosphere, and tightened security. However, please be aware....MICE!!!!! When I unloaded my unit two weeks ago, I found lots and lots of mouse poop in my unit. My stuff smelled like mice and when I informed the management they said that was too bad and that I should tell me insurance company but not mention mice because they don't cover that such thing. So....they didn't want to take responsibility and then wanted me to commit fraud by lying to my insurance company! I stored my "Junk" in another city for years and that unit was outside, so I almost expected mice or something to happen, but an inside PREMIER storage unit, never.....well....guess not! I have attempted several times to contact the owner but so far no returned calls. I wish I could give this place a better review, but when confronted with management wanting me to commit fraud......I wish I could give it a ZERO!!!! This is a secure, climate controlled facility with friendly and helpful staff. We keep our wine there and have had no issues at all. I feel safe going there by myself, as a woman. I had never used a storage unit company before but did my research and ended up choosing Premier Storage for several reasons 1) Good location, 2) Secure location requiring keycard and storage key - you can only access the floor at which your storage unit is located 3) Free use of rental van - a typical savings of about $100 4) First month free 5) New, clean. I have been using Premiere Wine Storage for years to stock many of my "over-sized" bottles that don't fit into my Vinotemp at home. Jared calls whenever I receive a shipment and holds it for me until I make it down there. The facility is clean and always seems to be running at the right temp. Highly recommended from someone who has had wines stored at both Willamette Wine Storage (another good choice) and Portland Wine Storage (the guys were friendly, but I did not like having to walk up or down stairs with cases of wine. They also charged for wines being delivered, something Premiere and Willamette don't do). I highly recommend Premiere Wine Storage to anyone. read more
