Nice storage units, new, relatively clean, strong security system. Good access to unit 7 days a week. Gate hours are 7am to 9pm.

I have been a repeat customer at this facility for over 10 years, with multiple rentals over that…read moretime, and until this most recent experience I would have given it a strong 5-star rating. Historically, the staff here were professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused, which is why I returned again to store my new RV. Unfortunately, this latest transaction was very different. While I understand and accept new policies around proof of insurance and ownership, the issue was not the requirements themselves--it was how they were communicated. A phone conversation with the current facility manager escalated unnecessarily and became confrontational and dismissive. I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken to aggressively, and made to feel as though my integrity and long-standing relationship with the facility were being questioned. That interaction was so inconsistent with my prior experiences here that it was genuinely disappointing. Customer service is as much about listening and tone as it is about enforcing policy, and that piece was clearly missing. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that ownership and leadership will take it seriously. This facility has historically been excellent, and with the right focus on professionalism and customer respect, it could be again. Update (January 2026): Following this review, I was contacted by the regional manager, and I later received a personal letter of apology from the President of West Coast Self-Storage, the company that owns this facility. He acknowledged the issues I raised, confirmed that their computer system had changed (which explained the missing rental history), and assured me that corrective steps are being taken to improve both recordkeeping and customer communication going forward. I appreciate that leadership took the time to listen and respond. While I ultimately moved to another storage facility that better fits my needs, I respect the way West Coast Self-Storage handled this at the corporate level and hope this location returns to the high standards it once reflected.

FUTURE PATRONS... BEWARE!! This business will lure you in…read morewith a clean facility and introductory offers that make you think, "Wow, what a great place for a great price!" However, hopefully you won't meet the manager (who we experienced end of May & June 2025), because his lack of customer service will make you pause, but the cleanliness and (bait and switch) price will make you not listen to your instincts. Before I briefly tell you what we have experienced, I must first preface it with the following information, to help you see the wrongness in what we have experienced - my husband and I are in our mid-60's and late 50's; hubby has worked at the same big high tech company for 38 years; both of our credit scores are in the 800's; upon moving our RV to this new facility, we unfortunately experienced 2 deaths in our immediate family as well as being blessed with new grandchildren, leading us to not be able to do anything with our RV since then. It has literally sat there. We also pay with auto pay, so there is never a late payment. So when the following happened, on top of the rudeness of the manager, we were left shaking our heads and highly disappointed!! I have email proof of the following... On Nov. 17, 2025 at 12:21am, I received an email stating, and I quote, "We did not receive proof of insurance by December 01, 2025... we have enrolled you in the third-party Tenant Property Insurance Program." Yes, you read that correctly. Now mind you, we had just experienced the first death of which we have been mentally and financially helping support the surviving relative, and were just a couple weeks away from the birth of our grandson. We have been with Geico for decades and it auto renews every 6 months without fail, and when it renewed, the first day of renewal was a Monday, of which my husband drove down and personally showed/gave them proof to make sure they got it, since our lives had been crazy. Then the end of January, the same day our family member's 24 day old baby died (and had been ill), I received an email from this company, stating, "We are contacting you to communicate an adjustment in the monthy rental rate... your new monthly storage rent will be $249.00." Up from $169.68/mo. A NEARLY 50% PRICE INCREASE!! This is either a retaliatory action from my response to their first wrongful email (that the worst thing I said was WTH in response to their bad & wrong practices and explaining why we didn't show proof of insurance early) or because they want insurance early and not the day of... or, it's PREDATORY PRICING! Or both!! Either way, if you're considering storing at this business, I would think twice. When researching this business AFTER these experiences, I noticed on Yelp there is only one review since 2023, it was on the last day of 2025, and it matches mine. And on Google a majority of the newer reviews (you need to change the order of reviews to the most recent, or newest) are at 2 months and 8 months - when they attract newly signed up customers at 6 month rotations of introductory bait and switch offers, to write a review. But you'll notice the reviews are short and don't say much because they haven't really experienced this business yet. If we had written a review right when we started storing here, it too would have been at the 8 month mark. Buyer beware!

Update: 50% refund…read more Yeah, don't go with these guys. i had specific instructions for my move both to the rep on the phone (xavier he's great) and to them directly. all were not really cared for properly. I should have just gotten my friends and a uhaul to move, but i was promised it would take 5hrs. i was billed 5.5hrs. tip top of the money i had left. and they didn't even have time to move everything. why? because their recklessness with my things i didn't want them carrying my computer monitors. they were hired to pack and move stuff across portland. they came at 1:30 when they said only to tell me that they didn't know they needed all the packing stuff. they eventually arrived nearly 2hrs later and towards the END Of the original window i was promised without any 'hey we will be there at this ETA' they said they got stuck behind a train, which is fine i guess? but no update after that until i called and complained, which got me a 5% discount, which is nice i guess? but like everything that happened after were MASSIVE red flags, both for the computer and the 'movers' which felt like contractors they just hired for whatever without properly vetting. i had a small move, 2 rooms. they were the slowest movers and most reckless movers i've ever hired. but i don't really blame them fully for that. supposedly they were working since 8am and just drove up from salem or something. they didn't even eat lunch. is that even legal?! no wonder they came to the door exhausted already and out of it. These 2 guys did the best they could, but honestly with how exhausted I was from helping them (something i SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO DO), they were doing a good job, but that doesn't really matter. In the end this guy ruined my $2000 custom built standing desk for music. not sure if i can get it repaired or fixed. he undid it and said he will put it back together. it was pretty easy just a few bolts into the joints between the wooden top and the legs and putting on the keyboard tray. easy stuff for the most part (when you have a drill, i don't own one). this guy didn't even look at where he was drilling or understand how the desk was put together after showing him specific things. he just drilled in the bolts and they hit a part that they're supposed to go into but was put in backwards making it impossible (on purpose) to get the screw in. this guy just kept drilling harder and harder and when i asked him about it he was like yeah it's supposed to sound like that. He either was so exhausted he couldn't think straight or just took on tasks he could have said 'yeah i don't know how to do that, can you do it?' either way now i have a broken desk that's only partially built and put together. i am really glad i moved all of my expensive stuff to my place with a friend last weekend, because they definitely would have broken a lot of very expensive things! I also gave them a mattress cover to put on the mattress, and they struggled doing that. You are movers wtf?! i zipped it up about half way and moved on. Then when we got to my new place they didn't even use it and put the mattress on the pavement to get a better angle or something. like what was the point in bringing it?! They also dropped a bunch of precious memories i had in a bin in a bin, they said they took them out because the outer bin couldn't close (bs). They were holding it open wrapped around their arm and i asked them to close it as it doesn't look secure and he said it would be fine, then immediately drops it with pictures and papers dropping on the ground and getting dirty. Anyway this all just happened. and there's no way I can live in my new place due to the lack of time they afforded to me to actually place things in the right spot. At least my bed is in the right spot. luckily for now i am in a short term rental because my last place had mold and why I am moving. i am highly allergic and being there as long as i did, both to wait for them to show up and how slowly they worked on loading the truck, I am feeling sick again because of it. The estimate was low balled to say the least because these guys move at a snails pace because this company overworks them and treats likely their staff like crap. these are probably more desperate people looking for an easy pay day. one guy was like 'i worked 4 days this month' and the other one worked 6 days in a row. a 12 hr day without a break outside of driving (which isn't a break) isn't really fair or legal? I paid nearly 1k for this move, and you can't afford to give these people a proper break between moves? I'm sure they weren't making nearly enough either. Lastly they pressured me to sign a thing at the end of the receipt that says everything was delivered intact, which i didn't sign. Anyway go with another company, not worth the risk. I didn't have another weekend to do this move as i need to have a livable space and that takes time as well. Anyway the movers were careless, slow, expensive, and ignored instructions.

All Service Moving did a great job. However, I was pushed…read moreinto signing a release of liability half way through. The rep said turning it sideways to get it thought the door was a special event somehow and that I would have to sign some papers. Seriously, I'm paying $700 to move a 350 pound object from the parking lot into my apartment. All Service Moving should bake the liability into the cost. If they drop it and I can't fix it, I'm willing to eat the $3k to buy a new one but they should at least agree to haul the old one away and move in the next one for free.
