This company is top notch. They're very proficient in wrapping, packing and unpacking your items. Anything they take apart and wrap for transport, they carefully put back together and make sure it gets set up after arrival to its destination. Its good to note, the items I had them move were heavy and complicated. The crew that I had, (Josh, Nate Thomas and Ryan) were very upbeat, friendly, professional and maintained a great attitude even when the day got long and tiring. I would use this company again. The initial conversations were good, and the young chaps who helped us with the move were pleasant, and worked hard. I would reduce the rating a bit because they should have had a second 4-wheel dolley with them. I think that would have made the move easier because the load (4 large raised garden beds) was a bit long, and very heavy. I will also take a bit of responsibility because although I had given the correct dimensions and pics. and an estimated weight of 300 lbs., I should have given them the exact make-up of how we built the raised bed. This was our first time hiring Priority Moving, and I am glad we did. It was the most positive moving experience I've ever had. They protected all our furniture really well and listened to every direction I gave on where to place items in the new house. Previous movers I've worked with just bulldoze past me and set things where they want, not stopping to listen at all. We were moving between two 3-bedroom houses, each with 2 stories, and it took around 8 hours. It took longer than other moves I've had, but it's clear they prioritize caring for your belongings and doing things right over going as fast as possible. The only hiccups we had were not being able to fit the last few items on the truck (at least not safely), and we lost a plastic foot to our bed frame. I woud recommend them to anyone looking for careful movers. Someone looking for the fastest and cheapest should look somewhere else. Reasonably priced services with a few caveats. We hired Priority Moving Services in Summer this year for our move. The job was to to move a 4bhk apartment to a 4 bhk home with a moving distance of less than 3 miles. Good: Mike was very communicative and helped us quite a bit in getting ready for the move. Our movers were - Sam, Robert, Fernando and Logan. Sam brought in Logan to help with the move free of cost, to save us on the hourly expenses. All of them were friendly, helpful, hardworking and willing to do the needful to get our stuff moved with speed. They helped us move approximately 17+ furniture items, kitchen ware boxes, multiple wardrobe boxes etc. Nearly 90% of our furniture were moved with care and survived the move without any major damage, nicks, scratches etc. No broken glassware or damage to any kitchenware, appliances. Bad: Some of the furniture packing wasn't adequate and our master bed side frame panels have been substantially damaged in the move. I had expected, they would cling wrap every part of the bed to save it from getting damaged. But they skipped packing the side frames and hence both side frames have been damaged significantly. (Pictures attached). Also, while furniture dismantling and assembly is not strictly part of their job, they are willing to do it if you need it, and can help them with it. Some parts of our media cabinet and the sectional couch went missing during the move, and I had to order spares for those later. A good way to avoid it, is to dismantle your furniture before the move if possible and secure the parts in labeled bags. Since they are working on the clock, at times, they can be in a hurry to dismantle/assemble furniture and that might cause minor damage to the furniture (happened in our case), and improper assembly (One of the movers left the couch assembled incorrectly, however, he fixed it after I pointed it out). Summary - they provide decent service at a reasonable price, but furniture handling could be a bit better (I will have to purchase a new bed due to the damage incurred during the move). If they can improve that aspect of their moving services, that would be great. read more

I was originally happy with service but then i found that Priority Moving damaged the carport at my apartment building. They didn't tell me or Michael about it and he was surprized hearing about it and accused my landlord and me of lying instead of letting insurance company to deal with it. He was rude and defensive. Then i told him that one of his guys also damaged my antique table, part of the leg came off and he just reatached it and didnt tell me. I would have given 4 maybe 4.5 if they didn't break my stuff. I have never used movers before. This was a first, my move was not exactly planned or expected so it was last minute. I have 5 kids, they are ages 10-16.... These guys broke my expensive diffuser instead of asking me to come get it or move it. They unplugged the fire tv sticks from the Tv and then tossed them on the ground. They left an entire dresser the bike and the kitchen chairs after guarantee us all our big stuff would fit..... they threatened to walk off the job just because we asked why they couldn't move something when we just didn't know. I'm so sensitive as it is with how people treat me and talk to me that the "kid" in charge was rude and very short tempered the other two were super nice and knew we appreciated them. But if you have never moved and you're in a tight jam you might wanna look somewhere else. I feel like we got ripped off and my kids stuff came up broken as well. So yes they might be a few dollars cheaper but this was supposed to be a blessing to have movers and it's turned into us having to replace items and cry over items that aren't replaceable because it was hand made. I'm extremely upset about a lot. Yes I'm glad a lot of our stuff was moved and the beds were out together again that's why I'm grateful for that part but the rest has been a nightmare. I won't be using them again in the future nor will I recommend them to others. Not after the cost AND having to replace items. read more

BE CAUTIOUS! I hired priority moving for a small 400sq foot move. Everything started fine, friendly communication from Michael he even said it'd be no problem rescheduling as my move date was tentative when I reserved. Fast forward to move date. The assigned movers had mechanical trouble. They arrived late. The loading of boxes and disassembly of an ikea bed frame and tiny sofa was incredibly slow. At the new apartment which was less than 5 miles away, again incredibly slow and not to mention the movers had trouble assembling the same basic IKEA bed frame. Michael eventually got involved via phone and to my surprise he was a totally different person, very hostile and angry simply because I pointed out the fact that the movers had gone over 50% of the estimated time. I understand it's an estimate but 50% longer. He tried to offer a shameful discount to avoid this honest review. I'm sorry but I'd rather save another person from having this terrible experience!!!
