And while he was up installing the screen he noticed some damage birds had done to the wood trim around a window. What we received instead was weeks of frustration, conflicting information, and zero results. They came out three separate times to trap rodents and removed dead animals. We were then told exclusion work was necessary to prevent re-entry. We paid for that work. We were informed the exclusion had been completed- without anyone needing interior access. Days later, when activity continued unchanged, a technician returned and told us he had "just completed" the exclusion work that we had already been told was finished which directly contradicted what I had been told days prior. Despite multiple visits and paying for exclusion, there has been absolutely no decrease in rodent or squirrel activity. We still hear them day and night. Nothing changed. Communication has been just as bad as the results. Calls are not returned. When they are answered, the tone is dismissive and condescending. Our landlord formally authorized them to work directly with me, yet they repeatedly give me the runaround and refuse to provide clear answers. The situation has now escalated to the point where my children and I are dealing with rodent mites-something that happens when infestations are not properly resolved. We paid a significant amount of money for trapping, exclusion, and follow-up. We were told they stand behind their work and guarantee removal. There has been no measurable improvement, no accountability, and no urgency despite the health implications. This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. If you are considering hiring them for wildlife exclusion, I strongly recommend hiring literally anyone else.

Scot and Jonathan were the office contact people we dealt with. They were responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, professional and competent. They had follow through as well. They helped us trouble shoot the situation to get to the source of the problem and treat it. They were actually invested in trying help us and they did! The exterminator Mark that they sent was also great! He went above and beyond. He discussed and evaluated the job before spraying. He didn't just show up and "go through the motions" but actually seemed engaged and helped figure out the best plan for spraying. Including suggesting a few additional areas. Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter.
