Sam was great at getting me all the info I needed at the start, then the very cool Zoom estimating process where I walked Simon through my house with my phone showing him video of each room and what was going. Within 30minutes I had an estimate that was at least 50% less than I was expecting and they send you the MAX PRICE, not what it might be, but the max it can be based on time allotted with ZERO hidden fees. No extra cost for wrapping, no extra fees for blanket use, none of the BS most every other moving company had. I hate getting surprise costs or getting nickel and dimed so I LOVED this! Then got a few reminders as we got closer to the move and was told they would be arriving between 8am and 9am, which in my service experiences means 9am at the earliest and likely 9:30 or later, but nope, they text me they were on their way and were there about 8:05am. Five guys, two trucks, ready to get to work. All very nice guys that worked together very well as a team! They were super accommodating, very diligent (wrapping everything very securely with blankets and clear wrap), took apart everything for no additional charge (even an annoying four poster bed), took care of a very heavy piano and stand up freezer. Used straps and ramps and dolly's and handtrucks as needed, all while being very careful with floors, walls, stair rails, etc. They then went around at the end and asked about every other item I hadn't pointed out like planters and tools and other things that they gladly took for me. On the other end they were equally as protective and diligent and were great about taking direction for both me and my wife as to where to put things, and put everything back together, cut away the wrapping and took it away with them, and got unloaded in no time. It was a long day for those guys but they handled it so well and I was just so impressed 10 out of 10, have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so!

This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. He assured me they utilize them and and would have one available for purchase and use. On the contrary, the actual mover conveyed that they NEVER use proper TV packing kits; they simply wrap blankets around the TV and tape the. OF COURSE, now how 55" TV was damaged during transport and I am now having to run around with their 'claims' department to rectify the situation. When the movers arrived, the one doing the paperwork asked if there were stairs at the destination. I said yes, we're moving into a two-story home. He said that there would be either a $60 or $90 stair fee then, depending on how much stuff had to go upstairs at the destination. I was unimpressed by this surprise fee, especially hearing about it in the first five minutes that they arrived, but I was so impressed by everything else about their work that followed that I still have to give them five stars and recommend them highly.
