This is my favorite clinical study / taste test / focus group / product testing company, by far, in…read morethe Chicagoland area. Since you're working with medically mindful people, it feels very professional and safe, especially during the pandemic. You name it. If I qualified, I've done it: supplements, fad diets, desserts, snacks, paper towels, plant-based meat alternatives, just to name a few. If you're in one of the more extensive studies, they have dieticians and doctors on staff to monitor your vitals and other conditions. You're in good hands. The pick-ups for product testing are pretty efficient and most taste tests take less than 30 minutes. I like the setup for the tastings, too. You kind of have your own little cubicle and the food is passed through a sliding door. At this time, contact with others is pretty minimal, they do a decent job of social distancing, and masks are still required. The only thing that's not my favorite is that you get paid by a debit card that gets loaded with funds and that can sometimes take a few business days.

This place is super friendly and the opportunities for taste tests have been great. Easy to…read moreregister and qualify for studies and generally decent times to go. They take great care with their people and it's worth signing up to be in their database.

Believe me if she's working when I need bloodwork done I will request her for sure!! The place is clean and modern. They are off the main road of Lake st in addison. The hospital name changes since I've been coming here but the staff is still around They take most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid too! You can also come here for urgent care as well. I also like that they have a phone app to see your results and appointments and email within the app with your doctors if they are in their network. Overall I don't have issues working with them. So I'm staying put cause they are so close to home from me!

Symptoms worsened, faced swelled even worse and swallowing/talking were bringing me to tears and I could barely open my mouth so I went to Physicians Care on Saturday. The receptionist was so kind, as well as the RN, then I got to meet Dr Augier. Saying she was so caring and patient doesn't even begin to explain it. She said "I could send you off with an antibiotic and steroid but I wouldn't sleep tonight because I'd be worried about you". She sent me to the ER- turns out I have an abscess that was blocking part of my throat and needed a procedure done immediately. I woke up today feeling almost 100% bc she didn't brush me off like the previous place did. If I could make her my primary physician, I would!

I have been having 24 hour urine samples tested by Litholink for some 15 years. My experience with…read morethem has been hit or miss, mostly miss. TWICE, they have mixed up my samples and sent me and my physician results that were clearly not mine. How do I know? Firstly, a patient has to provide the volume on the submission paperwork. The volume on the report was no where close to what I indicated on the form. Secondly, most of the reported urine parameters were grossly different from any of my previous results. Upon retesting, the results were then in line with my previous results. Poor quality control and sloppy lab work. IMPORTANTLY, the company would not discuss this matter with either me or my physician. But they charged for the analysis anyway. These 24 hour urine tests and associated blood draws are inconvenient at best. What a waste of time resources. I'm done with them.

Don't go to the website - apparently that is run by LabCorp and Litholink can't do anything about their content - where there should be an alert that tells you that a 2nd kit will not be sent until the first one is received. Don't talk to them on the phone to ask if you can pick up the 2nd kit; they will tell you on the phone you can - but then when you go to a LabCorp to pick it up - they won't give you anything and tell you it is not possible. This should have been pretty straightforward - instead, it is the most painful part of the process...aside from the kidney stones themselves. What a terrible place...
