They also respond to emails in a timely manner and very professional in their response. I don't always like their responses aka with the dumpster situation. I suggested that with owner approval that they build a wall for the dumpster with a gate that gets locked up at night and no roof on it so that the city of Spokane can still service the dumpster but that was meet with "call crime check if the dumpster divers return" I have been doing that. it doesn't deter them. They don't seem to care about crime check seeing as they don't always come when you call. I would like management and the owner to think of something because I would like to be able to sleep and pay rent on time. That's the only reason way I pay late- that's where things can improve- but overall I'm happy with the staff and I'm happy with Samantha who very much keeps things professional- which helps me stay professional when talking to them. I hope and I pray that the owner keeps them for a long time because things are moving in the right direction. They are here to manage the property and they are moving things in the right direction. The dumpster may well be a lost cause (I hope not) but I do want to stay longer than I wanted with the previous management. I am starting to feel safer living at this building now with Coast as the property management company. Also getting the hallway light shut where you can't even see your hand in front of you at night time and it's about 15 maybe 20 steps from the top to the bottom and I have a and a 13-year-old they're fully aware of that as well but they've done nothing to take care of anything. They don't want to take responsibility for anything that they do. They refuse to give me information to their higher ups over when I did get information two months I still haven't received a phone call from the higher up. I've done two complaints to the Better Business Bureau and this company is still yet to reach out to me to try to fix the things that they have messed up on do not rent from these people please save yourself the yourself distress and your family. The stress, the worries they have a tenant next-door knowing they don't live but they still collect for that person they've had multiple video and pictures and also police reports of people that live there. There was pretty much a standoff there because somebody that was in that home was not supposed to be there and they barricade their selves inside the house so they're doing fraudulent stuff as well and have all the proof in the world. I need to show every single thing I said to back it up. these people do not care about you nor your family and they have made that 1000% clear to me and not to mention because they took six months to do the paperwork. I was already six months into the lease and had to sign another whole year lease, so I got stuck here and I'm being made to live here I'm being made to feel for not only my children but for myself as well I can't even have family come and visit me I don't know what's gonna happen. and no, no one has took care of the situation so that's a complete lie so nice. It was a horrible experience, and no one on the team seemed to know what they were doing. Updates via email were non-informative; just the same contact information, agent photos and legal disclaimers. Then the icing on the cake was getting their demand for sensitive identity information and ID photocopies only hours before close. They had me over a barrel and I could either submit the information over unsecured email or risk being in breach of contract. I understand statutory requirements, but nothing explains why this required info was demanded at the 11th hour, or why it wasn't provided with the rest of the documents. My close was at risk, I couldn't sleep, and the sad thing is that it all could have been avoided if Rainier just did their job. Feel free to use these guys if you like drama and surprises. For me, I will write into my future deals not to use Rainier to handle title.
