Nice young couple (ya right) had nothing but problems because they were related to owners so they thought they could do and say whatever they pleased. One time their internet went out and they expected me just to hand over my password so they could use mine. Walter also would come and sit in driveway at odd times (mind you this is down a long driveway). Laundry area was out in a shed. But the pipes were exposed on outside of building (would freeze when got cold and couldn't do laundry) he tried to tell me if we put heater on inside of building that the pipes on outside wouldn't freeze?!? House riddled with mold (found out too late) and he wouldn't address it. Also for some reason the bathroom floor would be wet all the time during winter... condensation inside of wall would leak out. His only response was to end renting it during winter when we had awful weather and he waited til last possible moment to do it. Leaving me the bare minimum time to try to find a place to live and move during bad weather. Tried to convince me that he would give new landlord a good reference but i knew he was going to try to screw me over further... Took most of my deposit to reclean a perfectly cleaned house and fix mold damage. He also charged for changing locks on house and a new padlock on shed. He is completely ridiculous. Im so glad i escaped this nightmare and now have an absolutely dream landlord who goes above and beyond....

I told her that I would be moving out of state and not working for a period of time and we both had made it clear he would be paying for the rent. I told her I would be a student when I went to washington and would not be contributing financially and she even said that she'd add a line in the lease that said if he was got out of the lease then I would too which I told her was completely fine. She also refused to answer any questions just saying she needs it and was hurrying me for my income information like 30 minutes after she had asked me for it. And then after I sent her my employer information and income she asked for my savings... We applied somewhere else and got approved instantly and looking at the reviews it seems like a lot of other people have had issues with her would NOT recommend this place at all.

They also respond to emails in a timely manner and very professional in their response. I don't always like their responses aka with the dumpster situation. I suggested that with owner approval that they build a wall for the dumpster with a gate that gets locked up at night and no roof on it so that the city of Spokane can still service the dumpster but that was meet with "call crime check if the dumpster divers return" I have been doing that. it doesn't deter them. They don't seem to care about crime check seeing as they don't always come when you call. I would like management and the owner to think of something because I would like to be able to sleep and pay rent on time. That's the only reason way I pay late- that's where things can improve- but overall I'm happy with the staff and I'm happy with Samantha who very much keeps things professional- which helps me stay professional when talking to them. I hope and I pray that the owner keeps them for a long time because things are moving in the right direction. They are here to manage the property and they are moving things in the right direction. The dumpster may well be a lost cause (I hope not) but I do want to stay longer than I wanted with the previous management. I am starting to feel safer living at this building now with Coast as the property management company.
