When I told him what my laptop was doing it seemed that he was frustrated as he took a deep breath and again sighed. When I told time what I had done he make a noise and rubbed is forehead. At that point I felt stupid and advised him that I would be taking m business else where for that specific reason. I advised him that I did not know about computers which was why I was there, he said that he would he me. I was told it would take a day to look at my laptop and that the charge would not be more then about 10.00 and that if it would be more they would call me. Three days later and 3 calls they said it was ready. When I picked it up they charged me about 55.00 which I paid as I just wanted to be done with them. Since then my computer has been VERY slow. I cant really do anything without it spazzing out. They did not tell me about the programs they installed and what to do about them. Also no matter how much I bookmark a website, they wont record. If you choose to take your issue here, I hope you have a better experience then I did.
