My iPhone was currently not holding a charge, dying on me on the regular and when I actually checked in Settings, the iPhone message stated that I needed to get a new battery. So it was time to head to EFix, glad to have this new business close by rather then heading into Silverdale or Poulsbo! Mike took my call ordered a new battery that took less than a day to receive. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone. As you know, our phones are so important and his great customer service as well as such fast service was well appreciated. I can recommend all to use EFix for fair pricing and most importantly, fast quality work!

Not only did Mark solve the connectivity problem in ONE day but found 11 viruses as well. Rare for Macs. My laptop is running like new. Price was very reasonable for many hours of work and testing. Mark works out of a building next to his home. He is personable, knowledgeable and best of all HELPFUL! Plus he had some cool graphics he was working on for other clients.

Monsoon Computers was the only place in town that when I called, said my laptop could be looked at right away (other places said it would take 3-4 days???!!!). When I showed up, Mark was super personable and let me hang out while he worked on my computer (I was feeling a bit stressed and I really appreciate that he didn't make me feel like I had to leave). Mark got my laptop up and running in no time, explained the problem to me, installed some great anti-viral software, we had good conversation, and then he sent me on my way! I left with a working laptop and a lower stress level. 10/10 would recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS INTERNET PROVIDER! Save yourself the hassle…read moreand go literally anywhere else. The service is SO bad. Inconsistent speeds, way too many packets lost in route, apathetic customer service. There are way too many days where our internet is unusable for anything of than static page web browsing. Any time we have had issues, which seems to be constant, they put in so little effort to troubleshoot. We basically have to beg to get basic service and even then, they usually end up just shrugging it off. They don't even have access to most of the important lines, which are apparently handled by Astound. So they usually pawn off responsibility and leave it at that until we inevitably have to call and beg for more service AGAIN AND AGAIN! I am dreaming of the day I can finally escape from this unending nightmare.
