My iPhone was currently not holding a charge, dying on me on the regular and when I actually checked in Settings, the iPhone message stated that I needed to get a new battery. So it was time to head to EFix, glad to have this new business close by rather then heading into Silverdale or Poulsbo! Mike took my call ordered a new battery that took less than a day to receive. Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone. The service is great. The employees care about the work they do and do it well, always with a smile. I went to the other place in town, a franchise model, to get a passport picture taken. It was aweful. I threw those pictures away and went to Mail Plus to have them do the pictures instead. They could not have been nicer. They had the right equipment and kept taking pictures and showing them to me until there was one I liked, and we used that one.
