Nice friendly Optometrist... but only 1 nice Staff member nice & woman in front was RUDE, epressionless on 2 occassionas when asked questions... I felt 'invisable.' Ordered glasses.. gave them ALL my information. They said glasses would be ready in 2 wks. which I thought was sort of a long time... After 3 wks. I left 2 messages wiith my name & phone number. No RETURN CALLS. ( Also, limited selection on Glasses Frames ) When I picked up my 'Glasses' front office person told me they didn't have my phone numbers. ( You're kidding right? ) After x-tensive paperwork & two calls with name & phone number left. No excuse for this bad "CUSTOMER SERVICE." I'll never NEVER go BACK to NORTHCOAST OPTOMETRY!! Very unpleasant experience all the way around. Woman up front needs 'Meds." ( No really!! )

Poor communication. Very slow. They do not listen to customers. The doctors are okay but the staff is sadly lacking and rude.

The doctor and attending staff are nice and were pleasant to work with. 5*****…read more However, the incompetence of the billing department drops the stars as it involved several HOURS of my time to resolve their mistake. The on-site staff "doesn't handle billing" and the torturous process of trying to contact the billing department (which is located in the Eastern time zone) involved multiple phone calls over several days with 15-30 minute hold times leading to my leaving a v/m which was ignored ("Due to staffing issues, wait times are longer than usual. Leave a voicemail if you can't continue to hold") And this was just to prove I'd already paid the bill (through my bank) a month earlier. I finally got through to someone today only to hear, yep, the letter was sent in error. Ugh, life is too short to waste my time with a company that refuses to staff enough to correct their own mistakes. Any company can bill in error but when the process to correct the error becomes this onerous, I'm done.

Ok, well I need 6 months of contacts, but tell me they also can't do that cause my prescription expires today. Well today isn't over and you cancelled my confirmed appointment, so help me out. Answer is No and also no explanation why my appointment is cancelled. Seriously improve your system and customer service! Seem to only want to help when they can bill your insurance... Lame! I'll go anywhere else moving forward

I treated myself to a fancy pair of shades, I figured it was time. I can't keep just buying these…read morecheap knock-off $5 sunnies just to throw around the car, the purse, the house etc. Those are great, don't get me wrong but are they really protecting my eye health?? That is to be debated..I don't think so. Lemme tell you, I walked in looking for something with 100 percent protection from both UVB and UVA rays. I wanted lenses that also block UV wavelengths up to 400 nanometers.I also wanted a good size so that obviously more of my eyes are blocked. Not to mention, they can't be too dark so you can keep them on ALL day. I was looking for a brown/sephia tone to brighten up the world ay. I went with thee classic Mr.Ray Ban and a beautiful fashionable statement piece that still brought the looks while being smart. Who says you can't have both.... They had amazing deals, it was fun to try on so many options. Huge fashionable major brands. The woman working the register was so nice and she said my dog was cute. He played security while I looked around so it was a win win for me and the store that evening. I am a happy customer and my beautiful Ray Bans even came with a beautiful case. love it!!!

I am beyond angry with Sunglass Hut and how they handled a $654 charge that should have been…read morerefunded months ago. On 12/18, I placed an online order for sunglasses with in-store pickup selected and was immediately charged $654. Shortly after, I received an email saying the item was not available for pickup and would instead be shipped to the store. That same day, I called the store directly and was told they had the sunglasses in the back and to come pick them up. When I arrived, I was then told I could not receive them under my existing online order and was forced to purchase the exact same sunglasses AGAIN in a separate transaction. The store assured me that once the original online order arrived, they would return it on my behalf and issue a refund for the original $654. I trusted them. That was my mistake. Weeks passed. No refund. I returned to the store and was told the original order had been received and returned, yet no receipt, no confirmation, no proof of refund was ever provided. I contacted corporate customer service, who confirmed: Their system still shows the original item as DELIVERED TO THE STORE, with NO RECORD of a return or refund ever being initiated. I relayed this back to the store. They once again promised the refund would be issued. That conversation happened over two weeks ago. Still nothing. As of today, the $654 charge is STILL on my account, despite multiple assurances, multiple follow-ups, and zero documentation to back up the store's claims. Sunglass Hut has now taken my money, provided no product for that charge, and cannot produce any proof that they returned or refunded anything. This is not a mistake, this is gross incompetence at best and extremely unethical at worst. In attempt to "help" me the manager Yvette has given me her direct cell phone number but is now not replying to me. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the risk of being double-charged. I will never shop here again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with their money.
