She did a fantastic job, exactly as requested, and even went above and beyond by adding some additional stitching where she thought the costume needed some more strength! Great staff. Great work. The ethos upheld by the owner- I feel like Mr. Rami cares about my clothing as much as I do, and I trust that my clothing is in very good hands- and I am very discerning when it comes to communication, professionalism and knowledge about how to handle high maintenance people like myself- I admit it- In these times, I think having pickup and delivery for dry cleaning is a luxury- the price points are fair, and you never end up talking with a robot. I was quoted an estimate and then met Akram and her daughter. Scheduling an appointment was not difficult. During the initial fitting she asked questions about how much I wanted taken in on the skirt. They were both very sweet and pleasant to talk too, They texted me to come for another fitting and then had the skirts done the next day!! She did such a great job with the alterations. I also appreciated that Akram takes Zelle and Venmo. If you need alterations, I would definitely recommend Akram. You won't be disappointed.
