Clearly they were lying. I asked them to replay the security camera at the counter as it most definitely captured the condition of the dress on day of drop off, but the owner refused to show the recordings. If you have any valuable clothings, never bring to this cleaner because they will damage them and will not take any responsibility for it. The worst dry cleaner I have ever experience, and quite honestly, they wouldn't last too long in Potomac area.

I was then informed that I was subject for a rush fee as it takes them 5 business days to dry clean. Modern cleaners can turn around an order without a rush within 5 business days and they should informed me it was a rush order prior to taking my clothes. Don't come to this store unless you enjoy being nickeled and dimed for service.
