I can honestly say that my experience with Justin Berry (owner) and the entire Coolinary Arts team was exceptional. I am so pleased with their outstanding products and wonderful customer service. Justin Berry manages an excellent team, including his "right-hand man" Dylan Hayes. I decided to go with Coolinary Arts because their Yelp ratings were far superior to all the competition in the Dallas area. My decision was a very good one indeed. After initially speaking with Justin on the phone, he sent Dylan to my home to see what my home needed in the way of a new Trane HVAC system to be installed with complete new ductwork in my attic. Dylan is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant, relaxed personality. There was no sales pitch and no pressure whatsoever. After deciding what model (number of tons and SEER rating) would be best for my home, we ordered my new Trane HVAC system. Several days later, it was professionally installed by Justin's remarkable installation team. It should be noted that Justin and/or Dylan were present during the entire installation process. I am convinced that buying high quality equipment from a reputable company is important, but their ability to install it perfectly is MOST important. Justin's team did an amazing job of installing my new HVAC system and all the new ductwork. They also installed two (2) new air intake vents in my ceiling in different parts of the home to maximize my new system's efficiency. My home now heats and cools beautifully. I highly recommend Coolinary Arts to anyone who is looking for a new high-quality HVAC system to be professionally installed with no hiccups. When making a big-ticket purchase like this, it is essential that the customer feels good about it. We were happy that each contractor provided us the same feedback and input that our unit was slightly undersized in our existing air returns were choking the system from our initial visit with Dylan walk-through easy to review services in different packages. We felt there was transparency and then had a couple conversations with the owner Justin on what made the most sense finance the right equipment and service warranties. They worked with us and provided several different financing options a great winter buyback program of the old unit and we're able to get us scheduled within three days of selecting them. The team showed up on time removed and dispose of all the old units made the improvements to the returns and upsizing ductwork and it's been about a month and we cannot be happier with a quiet new inverter system keeping us cool at night. Estimated cost of repairs $7,000. That is right, not concerned about the fact that if completed this repair I would have paid Legend Air over $30,000 in just 7 years of owning a new system. Not a typo $30,000+. And he admitted when they sold me they installed an untested system that is basically garbage. Run away from these people. They sell crap and then keep charging you over and over. I was very impressed with Legend when they installed my new systems 7 years ago. They seemed to be reputable and reliable. About two months after installation, I went in the attic and found they destroyed the steps up to the unit (two steps). I left a message and never heard back. Not a big deal and I let it go (but I curse them every time I have to change filters). Last year just before the system was 6 years old this "excellent" Lennox system had to have an Evaporator Coil replaced. Cost for labor alone over $4K. And they told me I needed a Compressor Saver. I installed that also (by why was that not needed when I installed the system). Now this year they came out and what do I need - A COMPRESSOR. I have come to the conclusion they installed garbage equipment, with poor installation and sold unneeded or items that actually caused problems. To top everything off the put a sign in my yard that said I loved my A/C man. They didn't ask, just put it in my yard. I don't love them and would not recommend them. FYI - I change my filters on a regular recommended schedule, perform all maintenance and do not abuse the system. So, after 7 years I am basically replacing the entire system. I am not sure if I was a sucker to start with or they have changed, but I would STAY AWAY FROM LEGEND AIR.

BROTHERS A/C showed up on time, were extremely friendly, diagnosed the issue, looked for other impending problems, fixed the problem, and were there for the better part of an hour. AND IT WAS AFFORDABLE! Under $250 for our particular issue to get an office/small warehouse back up and cooled in record time and NOT ripping you off!!
