Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I checked in and sat down. I had a class at 9:00, but per the usual I was 1/2 hour early and they didn't seem to mind at all. The building is very clean and welcoming. I can't remember the name of our instructor, but she was as nice as could be. I was there for the CPAP class along with one other person. She went through from top to bottom and start to finish she helped us fit our masks that we got to pick out from a nice selection. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. She was wonderful. I got a brand new CPAP machine and for all of the included parts I'd definitely say it's worth the money. I highly recommend Norco Medical as they have pretty much everything you'd need for sale. I have been on supplemental oxygen 24/7 since August 2025. Recently we attended a conference in Eugene. This required working out the logistics with Springfield NORCO, requiring a concentrator for the overnight stays at the hotel, and tanks for the sessions during the day. Our local NORCO branch supplied the tanks. Springfield provided the concentrator, hose & cannula. They delivered it to the hotel prior to our arrival, and simply could not have been more helpful. I was having trouble with my CPAP machine so I called Norco for help. I was quickly given an appointment to bring it in to be checked out. A technician named Wendy helped me. Once again Norco medical supply has let me down. The first time I had a prescription for bladder control pads it took two weeks to receive them. It has taken me almost a month to receive a refill for the prescription. I am just glad I don't need them to stay alive. I have heard of unprofessional but this is getting ridiculous. read more

We've used Norco for almost 2 years for oxygen and ventilator supplies for our vent-dependent child. They're wonderful to work with. Rick set everything up in our home and did a thorough training. We felt at ease with the equipment and confident in how to use it. When we have questions, Rick is very responsive. The office staff has been great, too. A couple of times when we've run out of something unexpectedly, they do their best to fill our order the same day. And Rick has gone way above and beyond for us...our child was hospitalized at Riverbend, but Riverbend didn't have the proper equipment to meet our needs. I called Rick and he was there within the hour. Norco will always have my loyalty with service like that. read more

The two stars is not for the Respiratory therapist who is awesome. I've been a customer for almost a year. Unfortunately the last time I stopped in to their store to place an order for a replacement C-pap strap, I had an odd experience. The young lady assisting me was interrupted by an older lady who called her into an office, closed the door, then young lady came back out to finish my order. She looked uncomfortable and I was confused what was going on. She tells me from now on customers need to call in their orders not stop in, in person. I can order online for that level of service. I guess I misunderstood their brick and mortar store front presence with products displayed for sale. That's not good customer service. That's a management issue. read more

I needed a CPAP machine and supplies and my prescription was sent to NORCO. I was a little disappointed with the wait for an initial appointment (due to the influx of former Peace Health patients) but it turned out to be worth the wait. Everyone was helpful and kind. Rick (the respiratory therapist) was patient and thorough in demonstrating the equipment and he answered all my questions. A follow-up email to Rick was answered promptly and I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

They moved to Springfield and their customer service went into the toilet. I've had to call them twice about a billing error, and wouldn't you know it, they send me yet another bill for the same thing that was paid over 3 months ago!!! Get your Sh!t together already. Geez. I came in here with my brother earlier in the week looking for a cane for my mother. I remember coming in here many years ago with my mom and my brother when we needed a stethoscope for mom. Neither of us could remember the name of this business, but we knew it was nearby and we find of stumbled on it. Lol. Once we found it, I knew we had been here before. Which tells me this business has been around for many years now. We walked in and were immediately greeted by an employee. We told her we were looking for a quad cane, and we didn't want the basic silver ones. We wanted to know what other options they had. My mother is going through chemo and has become unsteady on her feet. So she needs a little help. In order for her not to kill me by throwing my back out by pulling on my arms, it was time to get her a cane. I also have this thing about the silver ones. They scream nursing home to me. I didn't want my house to start resembling one with medical supplies, nor did I want her to feel like she was headed there. So a fun, funky/stylish color was what I wanted. The woman (I didn't get her name, unfortunately) totally understood what I was saying, and she opened up a book to special order the cane, and gave us a full page of choices. She really listened to what we wanted and tried to give us the best options. We also had a prescription for the insurance to pay for the cane. She answered the questions we had about this, and was just really helpful. She made sure she had all the information needed. We subsequently asked about a couple other kinds of medical supplies we may be needing in the future, and if they carried them. They don't carry what we thought we would need later, but she knew of a couple other medical supply stores that did, and recommended them. I have huge respect for a business that can't help me with what I need, but they help by sending me in the right direction with recommendations. She could have just said, sorry. We don't have those, and gone on with the order. We ordered the cane, and we should have it within a week. Perfect. They will call and we will go pick it up when it becomes available. Would I return here? Absolutely! The customer service we received in here was excellent. We found mom a cane and ordered it, and have recommendations for other supplies she may need in the near future. I don't really understand some of the negative reviews on google, because my experience with Norco today was great! Heather in the Springfield office has been very professional, helpful, and guided my entire experience from delivery to setup. I'm happy and satisfied with the product. I also wanted to mention the amazing service from the delivery and set up team. They both were great at explaining the product in detail and how to properly use it as well. Thanks guys! read more

When my work place changed insurance companies and I found out I had to change the provider of my CPAP supplies, I was upset as I had been with the same company for years. I chose Norco Medical because it is local and would accept my insurance. They called me back right away and got the items I needed to me within a week. They also sent a material mask instead of the silicone one I was used to, and it is much more comfortable and will no doubt last longer. All of the staff have been very helpful as well. read more

The service here is beyond great.My husband was in the hospital and he needed an urgent setting change on his CPAP. I called and told them he would not be able to come in for several days. They sent a technician to the hospital the same day and he completed the setting change,replaced the hoses, face mask and head strap. He showed me how to Change the filter and add water. My husband slept well for the first time in months. Even the hospital respiratory therapists were amazed by their level of service. Really caring people read more

I'm not pleased with the response I receive from Norco in Springfield Or.. I attempted to order CPAP supplies in Dec of 18 and was told it was several days early. I was told the supplies would ship in a few days when insurance would cover the cost. Here I am in the middle of jan. 19, no supplies, no phone call or msg. When calling I get msgs everyone is busy and the mgr would respond as soon as she has completed other customers orders. Nothing is happening. WHAT HAPPENED TO NORCO? Last year I received a phone call or msg when it was time to order, now I can't even reach anyone at the Springfield location. read more

I got one call from Norco to set up an appointment for my cpap. I asked about insurance and was told they checked and everything was good to go. I went to my appointment and was sitting in my car because I was early. A guy came out and rudely asked if I needed something. I went in for my appointment where a different guy was very nice and thorough with my machine. I went to sign the papers where I was told I needed to pay over two thousand at time of appointment. I explained that I had already met my out of pocket max and there must be a mistake. That's when they finally decided to tell me they were out of network. It was after I had my appointment, after everything was loaded into my car, after I had asked about insurance twice. They argued with me saying they called and told me. I never received this call they spoke of. I told them I would not pay for it and gave everything back. They still wanted me to pay for the supplies that can't be returned. That was still a few hundred dollars. I finally talked to the manager and got them to forgive the expenses because it was their mistake. Everyone but the guy who set me up was rude. There was also a dog running around. Not very sanitary for a medical supply company. Also my doctors offices have black listed them and are never going to do business with them again. They called all of their other patients and are referring them somewhere else. read more

I was caught in a red tape situation while changing providers. Trillium dropped my Plan in Oregon - forced to find another. NORCO saw me thru till the end... making SURE I had my C Pap supplies while caught in this muck and mire. PROBABLY saved my life. Bravo Christine ... in "RESPIRATORY"!!!! Always in your debt...
