Just bought a distillate cartridge. Absolutely broken. Plugged into my battery and thought it odd the light would flash when I press the button but would not activate. Tried my other 2 carts I had on me and they activated fine. Inspected the cart I purchased here and found the tip is bent and that the bottom contact is out of alignment. This caused a short of power and a failure to activate. Their 100% no return policy absolutely screwed me on this. No exchange, no refund. The representative called the owner and I was 'graciously' offered 20% off something else. Seriously think I'm buying more broken product? Not a chance, 100% refund or exchange. It was my first time in a legal recreational pot shop so that was fun, and they get two stars simply for existing! That being said, now that I have experienced how this is supposed to operate, I see what I dislike about this operation. Driven by Profit; their prices on a chocolate bar were $30 and same product was $20 and $24 at other shops. This is reinforced because they seem to have no decor, no character, and some may see this as clean and professional, whereas to me it's bor-ing. Uneducated or Unattentive Staff; I specifically asked for products that were either pure THC or put cannabinoids but no mixing. I was repeatedly handed stuff that was a combo! Overall not impressed after meeting shop owners who are charging fair prices and staff who pay attention, I wouldn't go back here. read more

I was a frequent patron. Then one day they violated the State's law as describe below. Then they gathered together to violate the basic rights of my uninvolved friend. Do not go there under any circumstances. You place yourself in legal jeopardy. Go anywhere but Eugreen. Let's shut them down. My driver's license is cracked but intact. Oh sure, I imagine that is a technical violation but they had let me in at least 10 times before. So if that is a violation...they did it at least 10 times and I have many of the envelopes as evidence. They let me in the day of the incident. They examined my license and weighed out the product as usual...I always go for a full zip. I was inquiring about a cartridge and handed her my ID when I was PAYING and it was at that point she refused to sell. Dispensary loves telling me it is all on video and I really appreciate them admitting they have the evidence of the capricious way a young, inexperienced worker decided out the blue to abuse a couple of 60 year people. Again: had they not previously let me in or even that day not let me in based on the cracked ID I would be better with it. But it was done in a mean nasty arbitrary insane way at the point of purchase. Ok, so I went outside where my friend was waiting in the car. I explained the staff were being a bunch of Asshats but I did not want to go dispensary hopping so if she could handle the purchase..... So she goes in and they refused her service based upon the presumption/knowledge she was with me. I did nothing worth being banned for. Denying service to another person who was not present is just plain wrongful. That did not make my friend happy. Ok so we go back 3 times around Thanksgiving...no problems. Then we go back today. We have 5 or 6 workers including the owner. The dispensary is empty (no wonder why). Yet they remembered and refused to sell to either of us. They made War on us. Our duty to prevent it from happening to others is to respond with War against them. I am compelled to frequently and horrifically be reporting their extremely serious violation of State law. But the treatment of my friend gets reported as a violation of federal law 18 USC 241 and 242. Remember: Do not buy weed at Eugreen. Let's Shut Them Down As Admitted, Proven, Dangerous Violators of the Law. Spread the word...Shut Down Eugreen, both the Willamette and Obie stores. Thank you. read more

They have $5gs ans $99ozs and that's with tax! Best prices for a dispensary I have seen personally. I go to the Willamette location at least 3 times a week! And all their staff is super friendly and will answer any and all questions that you have! And their farm grows some gorgeous bud especially the purple punch! My favorite dispensary hands down! And being downtown they deal with a big homeless customer base and always treat everyone with the same respect they deserve! Great place! read more

I have been shopping dispensaries since they opened and this one's my favorite as they always have the best ounce prices on hand with the best selection. The staff is always helpful and doesn't mind if you don't have loads of cash to spend & helps everyone equally. Lovely people who work there. read more

This place was very hard to find. The directions i got from a bing search had me looking several miles away from where i eventually found it. However once there i was greeted with a smile, ushered back to the actual dispensary part of the building and promptly helped. The prices were competitive and the guy behind the counter was a pleasure to deal with. I'll be going back for sure read more
