I have had a love-hate relationship with Moss Crossings for about a year because of the service I received in 2023. For years I was enjoying this place, the helpful people, and the product. Then one evening I placed an order to be delivered. I have done this several times with no hiccups, but on this particular evening, I received a confirmation text, and then a text that the delivery was on its way. I never received the product. No knock on the door, nothing. Not even a call or text, reaching out to see if the address was wrong or something. The next day I went to Moss Crossings to see what happened. The budtender gave me attitude stating that someone stop by to deliver the product but no one answered the door so they returned to the shop. I brought up the camera feed from my front door showing no one had stopped by, and instead of apologizing for the confusion, I got a defensive attitude as if it was my fault. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I swore not to give them my business again. Fast forward eight months...I decided to stop by on my way home from work, hoping that my bad experience was just a one-time thing. To my surprise, new budtenders, friendly service, and helpful people. So I am now giving them my business again. Overall, they are as many reviewers state. Very nice and helpful. read more

But...I went there for 420 on the premise based on their advertisement that there would be free goodies, raffles, etc, for 420 celebration and I didn't get a single thing for free. No pre-roll. Moss Crossing is a wonderful spot for your medicinal needs (medical and recreational). The staff is always smiling and inviting when you walk into the cute front office. They have a nice waiting area but we've never actually had to wait to get in. They have very high quality flowers and beautiful locally crafted merchandise for sale. Free stickers! Cute little moss decorations complete the warm vibe of this place. They are relatively new but can trick you into thinking they've been there for years with their professionalism and knowledge of everything they sell. If you care about good service, fast delivery or just general human understanding, do not order from Moss Crossing. Worst experience with a dispensary I've ever had, with shady delivery drivers and absolutely no responsibility for their own mistakes. I ordered from this store for delivery yesterday at 7:40 and was excited for my order to arrive. At 8:30 I was sent a message that the delivery driver was on the way, and I patiently waited by the door with the payment in hand. Around 9:30 I was tired of waiting by the window and tried to call them to ask about the delivery, but it was after hours so I wasn't able to reach anyone. After around 11 I figured there was no way anyone would be arriving and decided to call in the morning to figure out what exactly had happened. The person I spoke to in the morning said my order was marked as "closed" at 8:45 and said she would contact her closing drivers to figure out the issue. After about an hour I received a call back and was told that the driver said they did go to the house, spoke to someone with my name, and was told they never ordered. I asked for the address they had on file, which she provided, and I confirmed everything was correct. I was told that she was given two different accounts by me and her driver, so it was impossible to determine what actually happened due to the conflicting accounts. I was then told someone could come back to deliver the order, but if the order wasn't completed that they would be unable to deliver to my address in the future. I order delivery every week from another delivery service, and they have absolutely no problem showing up when they say they will. The person I spoke to essentially treated me as a liar (my word against their driver), which is absolutely ludicrous, since I took the time to 1) order from their company and 2) follow up on it the next day when they never arrived. Even if they went to the wrong house (which would be their mistake for going to the wrong address when they have the correct information on file), they could have given me a call (they also had the correct number on file to contact me), or at the very least seemed the least bit apologetic. I do have a common name, so I can understand how a mix up could happen if they went to the wrong house, but treating a paying customer like a liar, and not owning up to the mistakes made by their own drivers, is completely unacceptable from a business. They could have called the number they had on file, confirmed the address they were at was correct, or even just acted the least bit apologetic for the mistake. Next time, I'll be ordering from a delivery service that actually shows up, which is pretty much anyone else in the area. read more

Let me preface this review by saying this; I am in the cannabis industry and I have spent over $10,000 at this dispensary in 2020. Last week, I purchased some top shelf flower and when I got home and inspected it, it was apparent that it was fire damaged. The fires that hit Oregon during harvest ruined a lot of crops, and the smell that it leaves is obvious and easily distinguishable. I only purchase indoor flower, since its usually cleaner, and I was sold this specific flower as indoor. When I looked up more information online, I saw that this was false and that it was indeed grown outdoors in a fire affected area. I called Moss Crossing and explained the situation to the employee over the phone. I was told they would offer me no return/exchange/refund. The employee offered no apologies/sympathy for the bad experience. I informed her that its extremely unhealthy to smoke flower with smoke damage/residue and she said she would have the manager call me back shortly. Never received a call. 99/100 visits were great, but if they are willing to sell extremely hazardous flowers and especially if they're not willing to offer an exchange, I strongly recommend you do not trust this store with your cannabis needs. read more

Oh the staff! They are attentive, they listen, and they truly care about making sure I receive the best experience possible. I am always treated like family and for that they will continue to receive my business. With regard to their product, they focus on providing high quality, with pricing that can fit everyone's budget (which is a huge draw for me). So disappointed with Moss Crossing right now. We have always shopped at MC and consider it to be one of the top in Eugene. We are all making adjustments as we deal with the pandemic and for businesses that want and are trying to stay open that challenge is intense no doubt. However, the folks at MC are seemingly making very little effort to make their services and products available. They insist that you order online but their website is almost unnavigable. They won't answer questions even if you are at the door practicing physical distance protocols. They just refer you back to the website. This is the 3rd time in a couple of weeks that this has happened. There are other dispensary's that are open and following recommended guidelines on how to allow a limited number of people in their store even with only 1 or 2 people working. We so want our small business community to survive this challenging time but I expected a bit more from these guys. We have now moved on to another dispensary for our needs. read more

Big fan of Moss Crossing. In a town with a dispensary on every corner -- and a micro brewery on every other -- Moss stands out for their service. Sure, the strains are all beautiful, and their products are all top of the line, and their space is cute AF, but it's those knowledgable budtenders who keep me coming back. I once brought in my 75 year old Mom, a former federal employee who once thought cannabis to be the devil's weed, and after a few minutes with one of the Moss staffers, she gladly helped herself for a nice strain of CBD and hand cream for her arthritis. She later told me that this cannabis stuff maybe isn't so bad, and maybe she was a little too hard on me that time she caught me smoking a blunt in the backyard, and maybe she needed to rethink her position now that pot was going legal.
