I called today and had a lady answer the phone only to try and tell me what rosin was. when I told her I was confused about pot of gold being sold at ten a gram. I explained why I was confused and she further tried to explain what rosin was after I told her I already knew.. when I explained yet again what my actual question was I stated three times she got irritated and said she had a line of customers. As a former employee, I strongly advise people not to support this business. The owner and management create an extremely unprofessional and toxic environment that reflects poorly on how both employees and customers are treated. Staff are treated as disposable, which explains the constant high turnover. There are serious concerns about internal conduct, including ongoing issues with theft and drug use among employees, along with a deeply dysfunctional "family-run" dynamic that only makes things worse. Leadership shows a clear lack of accountability and basic respect for others. On top of that, the business does not consistently follow OLCC compliance standards, which is a major red flag. Overall, this is not a company that values integrity, professionalism, or people--and it shows in every aspect of how it operates. read more

I am a new yorker, I've lived in new york all of my life. new york is just becoming cannabis friendly insofar as developing retail stores, so when i got to eugene, oregon last week on other business, i was impressed by the amount of retail stores selling cannabis. I happened to walk into a store called OREGONS GREEN RUSH located at 2644 River Road, Eugene, and was shocked to see the amount of different strains available for purchase. I had no idea - I've never been in a retail store to buy my supply. Walking around the store looking around, I was approached by someone who was interested in working with me. I expected this guy, who I later found out is the owner of the store - Jared Grossman, to be a stoner. Within just a couple of seconds, I found out how wrong I was. The store has dozens of strains from which to pick. Mr. Grossman took the time to explain what one should expect from the various strains available for purchase. I walked out of this store with more knowledge about cannabis in 30 minutes, than the combined knowledge I've learned over the past 50 years I have been partaking in its usage. I also noticed the same level of commitment from each of the other professors working with their prospects. They should be called professors - there is a lot to learn about various strains, and what one might be likely to expect from each. I have been used to my guy bringing one, perhaps two different "types" of cannabis but to have this much available to choose from, one really needs an explanation as to what to expect. This is not a store where you can just walk in and tell the guy behind the counter - "I'll take some of this and some of that." The store had a clean and friendly environment, Professor Jared apparently runs a very tight ship, is knowledgeable about his product line, takes the time to work with his prospects, and keeps his staff up to date on new strains, and new products. Be weary of buying the 4/20 specials. I asked for one of the flower options on the shelf, of course they only had a gram of shake of that kind. So the sales girl very confident, almost pushy talks me into getting one of their pre bagged ounces on special. Of course it's sealed in a silver bag so you can't see how horrible it is. I should have known. I get home and open it and I am shocked how bad it smells, looks, smokes or even could be considered sellable. Now I have to go to another dispensary to get some decent flower. I have spent nearly $100 per week at Green Rush since I moved to Santa Clara a year ago. Their selection is nice and their prices are good. Some of the employees are nice, but some are downright awful. Allow me to walk you through my experience earlier today. I purchased a THC cartridge a few days ago, just before leaving town on a business trip. This cartridge was the worst I've ever encountered. It was badly jammed on the very first hit I took. I could heat it up for about 30 seconds to actually take a hit, which would lose a huge amount of the product in the process. Even though this was a problem for me, I wasn't upset with Green Rush. I was comforted by their return policy so I figured I would return it once I got back into town. I walked in to Green Rush and explained my issue. The clerk said he had no idea where his boss was and he couldn't issue a return without his boss. I need my medicine so I said I would wait. After 5-10 minutes, the boss walks in. After being egregiously misgendered in their store with no apology from the clerk or boss, I was told that too much of the product had been used to return it, despite it being more than half full from the point of purchase. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. I highly recommend avoiding them like the plague and supporting Mood Fine Cannabis, instead. read more

I have patronized ORG for a couple of years. It's my go to shop. I've been happy with their products. I stopped in on 4/20 to take advantage of the sales and celebrate the day. I was astounded to be told that they have discontinued the 10% senior discount-with the exception of Sunny. (10%). Mind you the Seniors of today are who fought and brought ORG to fruition. To me, the 10% discount was a kind nod and a thank you to the elder customers. It was my understanding, from the woman that owns and started ORG, that due to her own personal experiences, it was important to be able to deliver excellent products, services and prices to the people. I fully understand that ORG is a business and businesses must make a profit. No profit, no business. There's a pretty good profit margin in weed. I'm SO disappointed that a woman owned business, originally begun with the best of intentions, would decide to tell its senior customers, screw you and your fixed income. (10%). I love the overall look of the store and their rewards system is super nice. They also do military discount which is ultra cool. I think the only legitimate gripe I have with the place is that the workers there are very bitter, kinda rude, and overall not personable at all. My partner and I went one evening two hours before closing (albeit on Easter) and the man working was very forceful in telling us we needed to hurry up and make a choice before it starts to get busy. There were only 2 people in line at the time. I understand to a point but he was quite rude in all honesty. When it comes to selection (for both edibles and bud) they aren't at heavily stocked as most other places I've been. Although, their selection of bongs is pretty legit. They've got some pretty neat lookin ones in there for sure. read more

Unfortunately the manager has very little manager skills in hiring, communication and customer service. He does how ever know how to make a customer feel belittled.. also he does know how to waste patrons time. He said that my purchase was not in the system. But then tried to as well explain to his owner that the employee who sold me the wrong product for my pen no longer worked there. Then aggressively showed his best attempt at being the worst part of my day. I get the laws you have to abid by.. but your manners were just wrong. You plain just HURT my feelings. This dispensary is already one of my favorites, but after experiencing such a wonderful customer service experience yesterday evening, I believe I will be continuing to shop mainly at this store. First of all, I love the enthusiasm of most of the people that I've encountered that work here, but this gentleman yesterday after knowing I have been dealing with severe amounts of pain and struggles, helped to ensure that I went home a very happy customer. I had even called ahead to ensure a particular product was in stock, in which he politely set aside for me before I got there. He also informed me of curbside pick up if it's difficult for me to get up the stairs with my foot injury at the moment. I just wanted to put it out there and say thank you for displaying such professional customer service and kindness. I wish I knew this gentlemans' name, but like I said, everyone I've encountered at this place has always been incredibly enthusiastic and helpful! I was planning on visiting this dispensary tonight but wanted to stop for a bite to eat first. I was going to sit in the car while my husband went in and on the way back to the car, an employee came out and yelled at us for parking in the wrong area and said he would call the cops if we came back. I just called back that we wouldn't be in and to have a great night. Way to win over potential customers there buddy. First off, I was under the impression that the parking lot wasn't just for your clients but clients in that whole area. Second, there were at least another dozen empty spots in the lot when we pulled up and the same when we left so I'm pretty sure we weren't keeping people from coming in. In fact, it was probably your nasty attitude. So, if your business fails, keep reviews like this in mind. read more

I really like this place! It's very open and has a very nice professional layout. The way they decorated with the wood is beautiful. Everyone is always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have a pretty decent selection and the prices are great. I always leave happy. My only complaint is the parking. There's only a couple parking spots and a ton of cars so it's hard to find a place to park. I would have given them 5 stars if the parking situation was better however it doesn't detour me from shopping here. Highly recommend!! read more

I went into this store a couple of weeks ago for the first time and was struck by the wonderful decor, it simply put me in a very relaxed, almost vacation like atmosphere. I got a very nice greeting from a young man when I came in, always important to old guys. I tried some uplifting Sativa, and was pretty happy when I got home.
