One of the best dispensaries in town. The staff know their products and don't give vague answers. They let you know other similar products and are friendly. Their selection is big enough for anyone to find what they'd like. They have daily discounts for different days. They have high quality products and princely well for everything. The only downside is where the store is on the street but other than that it's amazing. read more

Employee was weirdly aggressive and rude to me today. Guy wearing a beanie and glasses. I guess I didn't speak up enough but I asked for two pods and asked if they were full gram cartridges. He immediately turns to me and says "OK FIRST OF ALL I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU" which completely caught me off guard, he then realized how absurdly unprofessional that was to address a customer like that. The weirdest part was he continued to back track and started making comments about my deep voice saying it was hard to hear. As if I was the problem.. It made for an extremely uncomfortable transaction and I was glad to get out of there. Listen I've always had extremely great interactions with all the other employees I'm a regular customer. This is my first yelp review i felt compelled to leave, it's pretty wild to address a customer like that when it's basically your whole job. Definitely not gonna go back because I don't need attitude when buying pot. read more

I selected a one gram cartridge, about $45.-- and then asked for a battery. They handed me a very short one absent any information. Like one has to click a button to select different functions. One being five clicks very fast, there's an assortment of other click formats or patterns. I was very disappointed when I arrived home to discover this. All I wanted was a battery like my others -- you draw and it turns on. I returned to OG right away to exchange it and was met with a refusal to accommodate me in any way and then outright hostility. This is a very poor business practice, giving the customer an item they did not ask for, offering no information whatsoever, and then total disrespect. I'll never go back, it won't break them but I did shop there often. read more

So Tuesday I bought a cartrige and a Evolved battery. When I returned home and charged the battery I could not get any heat though all the indicator lights functioned. Wednesday I returned to OG and the battery was cheerfuly exchanged. Took it home, charged it, no lights. So I'd had enough of the Evolved batteries and returned to OG today, Thursday, to hopefully get a credit toward something else. The person helping me was able to get the indicator lights working but did not seem to understand that after three visits to OG I was done with that battery, and impatient with the clerks insisting the battery was good though its ability to generate heat was unknown. I suggested that I'd come back another time hoping to replicate my first return. Cheerful and no hassle. It was then that a not too tall brunnet women I'd seen smoking a cigerett outside when I arrived suggested I never come back in a nasty tone. I may not after being treated like I don't know what. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT GO TO THIS DISPENSARY! I was very disappointed and upset in the customer service and the way I was talked to by the company's employee over the phone. I was harrassed and questioned by the employee regarding my current valid OLCC permit. The Eugene OG employee then stated my current official valid state issued OLCC permit was not considered as part of the industry and therefore is not recognized by their company Eugene OG. I have NEVER ran into this kind of harassment in any other dispensary in Oregon. I will NEVER go back to Eugene OG. read more
