Bad Curbside Service. Their internal email notification system doesn't reliably notify the store employees when a curbside customer has arrived and is waiting in the parking lot. The confirmation email tells you to check in online, but it often doesn't work. Checked in electronically, and ended up sitting out there in the parking lot, forgotten. Has happened to me multiple times. Manager doesn't seem too concerned that this problem is driving off regulars. Until they fix this glaring issue, recommend taking your business to their competitors for fast and efficient curbside service. read more

So my husband I often frequent Nectar on River Road. We revelry bout and oz. of prerolls of multiple strains. Unusually like to untidy the joint to tear off excess paper and folding it closed. Well, here I am doing my routine and I notice this seems like a lot of excess paper. I shake down what's in the preroll to make it a little tighter. This is supposed to be a gram. C'mon this ain't no gram. It can't be! This is disappointing. Nectar, what's going on here? Like I said my husband and I have been loyal customers to Nectar and often frequent the establishment and we enjoy coming here but not if we're going to get shorted. I was visiting a friend in Eugene and she showed me this really cute little shop. I was greeted by a tall guy with green hair named Jason. Jason was the best! He was so friendly and helpful and he actually took his time with me. I've been to other dispensaries where they make me feel rushed to make a decision, I really hate that since I have an invisible disability and it takes me longer to shop. Jason was so patient with me, and knowledgable and very pleasant. I will seriously make the 45 min drive to come back to this store just because I love it. This was my first time at Nectar. I went in and wanted to get pre-rolls, dab, and cartridges. We picked out our pre-rolls and then were told we had to look up the cartridge menu online when I was standing at the counter. I told her I liked lemon based strains, pineapple, etc and she told me to go online and look at the menu. Are you kidding me? I couldn't see what they had and she clearly didn't know her stuff. Stopped in the other day to looking for a CBD oil tincture for my senior dog. I usually order it online but completely spaced it this month so I popped into Nectar as it's close to my house. It was a very quick visit, but the shop was clean and the guy who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. There was no one else in the shop on a random, rainy weekday afternoon. They happened to be out of the unflavored CBD oil so, in a pinch, I went with the peppermint variety. I was told that if my dog simply will not take it do to the taste, then to bring it back with my receipt. My oldest son showed me this cute little shop where he gets his CBD oil with no thc. The people as soon as you walk in are so helpful and welcoming. I have never been in a store like this so I felt lost and overwhelmed but they made me feel right at home. I have a lot of health issues and the staff was so helpful to all my questions concerning my health needs. They even mentioned if it doesn't work you can get a refund. By the way the prices are great and a lot cheaper then where I use to order my CBD previously. Also the specials listed on their website are daily so it's always nice to look first on what day is the best day to go in. I will definitely be going back. read more

if you're in the market for CBD especially oil that doesn't have any THC in it nectar is for sure the place. The medical and cannabis has all but disappeared in Oregon and for those of us that use CBD for pain management but don't like being high it's very difficult to find without THC. Nectar always has a good supply of oil with less than one percent THC and when they can get them edibles and tinctures that also have literally no THC in them. All are reasonably priced and if you do a comparison they're usually about five dollars less than anybody else in town. I highly recommend nectar for CBD products. read more

I have been shopping here for awhile because of their wide assortment of cartridges. If you are looking for a particular strain in a cartridge then they probably have it. The one problem I have is why all the jars. I mean, I do understand that it keeps the cannabis fresher but I am just astounded that I am given 8 jars when I buy an ounce. It is so wasteful and I feel sorry for the people who have the job of putting the cannabis into jars, as a cannabis trimmer who works with cannabis it just seems like an added step. There are other ways to keep it fresh. The girl almost only gave me 7 jars instead of 8, it looked like she had to calculate how many jars are in an ounce... at least she did that because the computer told her she didn't ring up enough. I could see how a bud tender could mess up on this so watch them if you buy an ounce. I am the proud owner of 16 small jars and so I hope they will take them back to recycle. I'll see. read more

First, let me say that the atmosphere was fine, the bud tender friendly and knowledgeable. The problem is either with product or policy. I bought a "special" $20 1/8th and was not informed that it was harvested over a year ago. When I opened it a few days after purchase it was stale, had tons of stem and no good funky smell at all. Call me crazy but it did not smell at all like the sample I was presented with to sniff at the counter. I do understand that $20 is cheap and I should have asked to know harvest date but buyer beware here, Ask your harvest date on all "good deals." read more

Prices are high for starters. If you buy an ounce you will receive 8 little jars because they don't sell 1 ounce in just one container/bag. You will have to buy 8- 1/8 portions sold in separate little jars(1/8 per jar). I paid 80$ more at this shop for 1 oz vs. other shops in Eugene. The customer service reps were very nice tho. Bring a scale!!! I really like Nectar, especially the staff there. My experience has always been pleasant when interacting with the people who work there. My problem is the product. The last 4 times I went there I went home and weighed my purchases-- 3 our of 4 times it was short. The last time I went, I asked them to weigh it out for me. It took a good 15 minutes and a few trips to pull from other jars, but they did bring it up to weight. I recommend that if you buy from them, you weigh it before consumption. And take it back if it doesn't measure up-- which in my experience is quite often. read more
