Well over the allocated window of delivery I was quoted, I called again, as one does. Felicia was immediately combative. She told me I had called before (yes, I know--but that was an hour ago). Then she told me to stop yelling at her because I contradicted her story, but I never raised my voice. Then told me how I'm the best tipping customer, and that all her drivers absolutely love me. Then she went off on a rant about how "everyone in the store can hear me" before telling me "she's going to put me on speaker." When she was done speaking, I asked if I was still on speaker and she told me that I never was. It was just a tactic to maintain control. This is not normal behavior. Which, by the way, there is not one single sign one no smoking sign nothing to say that I was not allowed to vape next to a gate that was 30 feet from a door, I wasn't smoking in anyone's face I was vaping. He could have easily asked me nicely, and I would've stopped immediately had I known. But there are no signs. Nothing telling me that I was not allowed to do what I was doing. Their staff is always rude and inconsiderate to how the clients should be made comfortable. TJ's is a much better company. Everyone there is really nice there are.
