I've always been impressed with the management of this establishment; but I wanted to call out one particular individual who earned Phresh Start Springfield five stars. this experience goes to Tim. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently bends over backwards to accommodate my needs as a customer. The other day I was trying to remember a strain they had sold well over a year prior, and only had limited memory and vague details. Tim took the time to not only Columbo the exact strain in question, but also the farm that produced said strain. Thanks Tim! you deserve a raise... read more

I just want to share how much I appreciate Aaron and Tammy at Phresh Start. Every time I come in, they greet me with a smile and a great attitude. They do their best to help each customer in the right order, and they never seem flustered--just focused and friendly. I've recommended Phresh Start to others because of the incredible service they provide. They've even memorized my weekly order, which makes the experience feel personal and seamless. I've never once heard them complain about their work--it's clear they enjoy what they do and care about the people they serve. Thank you, Aaron and Tammy, for making Phresh Start such a welcoming place! read more

It as really nice to walk into a dispensary and not feel like I was doing something wrong. The store is nice and clean, very well organized with really friendly folks behind the counter. Me? I was clueless so they were really great. They showed me what the store offered, what I might enjoy and what kind of deals they currently had going on. The store also has a great hand in the community and does a food drive, if you bring in canned food you get an additional 5% off, on top of other discounts, that's pretty generous. They had all sorts of weed, medical and recreational from flower to oil and everything in between and all the things you need to use it. Their selection was exceptional and their employees, Billy and Desiree were so helpful. I visited the store twice while I was visiting Springfield. read more

See all

Fantastic service and selection! They have a wide variety of flowers, concentrates and edibles that do not disappoint! The prices are all well within reason and the daily discounts just make them even more so. Highly recommended. read more

If you are under 25 years of age and a female DO NOT visit this place. They are poor customer service and an employee named DAVE is very unprofessional and aggressive with young women. Don't talk to the manager/owner Racheal either. She thinks his behavior is appropriate. No excuse for poor customer service!!!!!!! read more

The staff has changed recently. The management took the good budtenders and moved them to the Eugene location. The staff left at the Springfield shop don't know the menu, are pushy to the point of rushing customers then disappear into the back room to weigh product for ages, they have said bizarre things they think are funny and generally behave as if they are taking too much product before work. I'm going to be going to the Eugene shop from now on, at least I know the tenders there are capable and won't say inappropriate things to my sister when we go in. The remodel does look good though. read more

These folks are knowledgeable, personable, and move the lines nicely. They also have some fine product, with nice discounts on different days. Highly recommend. read more

I've been going to this dispensary exclusively, since they opened. They ALWAYS have great product at a fantastic price. They also have a "Shake bin." If you're on a fixed income like me it comes in handy. 2 bucks for a gram of good weed is a hell of a deal. Also they really take care of veterans. Thanks for everything Phresh Start peeps....Gina read more

I cannot believe anyone would give you LESS than 5 stars. I had a wonderful experience when I visited their shop for the first time. The budtenders were friendly, engaging, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you I will be back my friends. read more

This is the best weed shop in town. I have been buying concentrates and tinctures here for years! Highly recommend!

Don't go here!!! We were sold the most disgusting bud I have ever had the misfortune of smoking. We are not picky by any means and usually get the 50$ ounces but this garbage bud wasn't worth the water it took to grow it. At least 50% of the weight was stem, we can hardly find any bud in this mess. We used to be regular customers here but we will not be returning. Dispos are a dime a dozen and we can spend our money elsewhere. read more

Maybe the guy who helped me was having a bad day, but I wasn't sent home with the selection I made. When I returned to talk to management, I was told the salesman would be moved to a slower shift. Beyond that, I was thinking they'd maybe give me a discount on my next purchase-- something to make things right..Unfortunately, all he had to offer was : call the owner. Never going there again. read more

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice product displays. Prices seem fair. I have had a couple pleasant experiences here and think most folks will find this store a good place to shop. Billy has been quite helpful. read more

When I first went into this Dispensary I was looking for some clear oil. They recommend this stuff from Dr.Who it had no name but Clear and they didn't know much about it. I bought it and went home and the oil wouldn't come out of the container. I tried to push it, Heat it, then I broke it and even after braking it the oil still wouldn't come out. I called them after I already left to see if I could exchange it and bring back the one I had they said no and wouldn't work with me. Pretty shitty when they don't really want your business read more

I have shopped here at this dispensary since it's opening until now. These people are selling buds laced with seeds and seem to think that they are above all this blather on seeds. They wouldn't take it back or exchange it. As a matter of fact they were rude and condensing. There were two other people in the store at the time I bitched. When I said you just ripped me off and I'll never come back here. They also turned around and left. I told 4 other people on the way out but only two stoped. I will never go back to a store that won't stand behind their products. At this point in time dispensary are a dime a dozen. And this one is not here for long ripping people off. read more

#1 Smoke Shop I go too. They know who I am, and what I like. If there is any problems with my order they try to fix it, and make it right. I go to Phresh Shop a few times a day or so probably more then I should but the point is they know how to make there customer's feel happy when they leave and when they return read more

I totally recommend this dispensary if your in Springfield. Selections are awesome, prices are great especially for the quality which is above average. The people are knowledgeable and are friendly. read more

And once again, I have to say that even two years later, Phresh Start is my #1 shop in Springfield to go to. These people are real people, where friendly faces greet you each time and their desire to help get what's right for you grows with each visit. So many strains with new names these days and claims to boot, it's not easy to know what's right for each individual or how it'll work for them. It takes a couple visits sometimes to find each person's individual formula for 'cannabis success'. The reviews stating less than this simple awareness or consideration, I chalk up to someone's bad day, which we all have and it's no fun expecting one experience and getting another...I'm sorry that happened to her. No place is perfect, but These guys and gals have done me solid since the first time I stepped through their door. I highly recommend. read more

Poor customer service and the weed for $5 is mostly outdoor and is going to hurt your head if you smoke it consistently

Good prices, good selection and friendly and helpful staff. Various discounts, senior citizen and veteran's discount. Store is clean and well set up. read more

very limited selection, having to try to smell the samples in little plastic boxes is like getting flowers wrapped in cellophane? you cant really see it or smell it. then they sell you something different that's preweighed. read more
