Jeff is a very knowledgeable guy, I was told from a friend who works at a clay range to visit him, my plunger/extractor completely went missing while shooting slays and even though he did not have the exact parts to fix it on the spot, he recommended calling Remington themselves and have them ship over the parts and he even showed me how to do it since it is such an easy process. Few days later I did receive the parts and put them in exactly as showed, if anything down the road goes wrong I will be back! read more

Came all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to get some work done on my AR. First of all, the customer service was outstanding, and the staff was extremely welcoming to a new customer (which is rare these days.) My rifle was finished the same day I took it in! Well worth the drive, and money! I will definitely be coming here again, and will refer others as well! read more

First time at their new location. They've asswmbled 2 AR15s for me before. Nice size showroom. Brought my AR47 in for some quick TLC. Owners are very friendly and know their stuff. Definitely worth the drive from the High Desert. read more

I went to this place this Friday as my first time and I was already impressed that Dave gave me advice just to save my money which I highly appreciated and he fixed my AR-15 for a reasonable price. I don't have a second thought to come back as I know they are not working for your money instead they show that they really care for their customers. read more

This is by far my favorite gun store. I can spend a long time in here talking to the staff and checking out the constantly changing selection of rifles and pistols. They recently expanded, making a huge difference in the line of products that they sell. Ample supply of self healing targets as well as paper targets, wide variety of cleaning kits, tools and brushes. All of which are either fair priced or a great bargain. Ammo is usually always in stock and hell, sometimes they even have 22lr on the shelves. Definitely not a spot to pass up if you're looking for a comfortable gun shop to answer any questions you may have. read more

Best damn Armorer and Gun shop in Southern California! Bought quite a few things here and send a weapon or two in for service, great customer service and excellent expertise! Melted lead to the inside of a barrel, only gun smith who would attempt a fix AND HE DID! Jeff is a magic man and is no BS about the service or weapon that you need. Good, Honest, American company! Thanks guys! read more

I'm a newbie gun owner and other big places made me feel incompetent with some of my questions. Jeff was totally patient and made me feel welcomed! I ended up purchasing a Glock 19 and the whole transaction went smooth and quick. I'll definitely be coming back for my next purchase! read more

I've been looking for a particular hand gun that's extremely hard to find. I randomly walked into Norco Armory and talked to Jeff about if he could get this gun for me. He checked his vendor database and found out there is one available. I said I'll buy it if he can get it. Jeff called his vendor the next day and found out that the vendor didn't have it anymore. Jeff then went above and beyond any sort of normal customer service and kept looking for what I wanted. About a week later Jeff emailed me saying that he found one and that it would be at his store in a couple days. My overall experience was far above excellent! I will recommend Norco Armory to anybody looking to purchase a firearm and I will return for all of my firearm needs. read more

It's a little out of the way for me to go to Norco Armory from where I live and where I typically go shooting, but I just happened to end up there a couple of weeks ago looking for some 9mm ammo. I was actually very surprised by this store, they had plenty of ammo in various calibers at very fair prices. Right after that, I signed up for the newsletter and caught a sale they had going on so I picked up a 10/22. I went in, asked about the sale, paid for it and started my waiting period without any hassles. When I went to pick it up, not only did they have the necessary paper work in line, but Jeff was willing to answer any questions I had about anything. It's certainly worth the drive for me to go here for the wonderful service, welcoming atmosphere, and reasonable prices. read more

During a recent move of my mother-in-law's house an older .22 rifle was discovered. I knew it had to be cleaned and oiled and I found Norco Armory on Yelp. I brought it in to be cleaned up and they guys took care of it. Great price and fast service considering what I was asking to be done. I didn't get the names of the employees but the two I spoke with were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this business. read more

I've been in many times for minor repairs, and modifications to my firearms...they're quick, professional, and really nice people...The couple (Jeff and Suzie) who run this business are the nicest people you could ever meet. Great little place, have told everyone I know about it. I highly recommend this business for all your 2A needs. read more

Norco Armory guy was very nice. He is a very friendly guy to talk too. His price is very cheap.

Super nice people and very helpful. AND they actually know what they are talking about compared to any other shop around the area. I always recommend Norco Armory to anyone that asks. read more

Great service, fast great prices and knowledge. they sell firearms and ammo and accessories, if they don't have it they can get it quickly..

I called to see if Norco armory had any .38 spl. This was at 2:02pm on a Saturday. She said let me check, and confirmed they had some. Come to find out I get there at 215 and they're closed. You would think that she would have let me know that they were closed for the day. She didn't. I was going to be a first time customer, and I will NEVER bring business to this location because of the lack of professionalism. If I could give half a star I would. read more

So I found some time today to go return that garbage. I was going to keep them for a souvenir but Troy suggested I return them. I walked in and was greeted by his wife who was pleasant. I saw he was busy with a client so I waited there respectfully. His wife was very nice, asked if I needed assistance but I opted to wait. I do prefer to deal business face to face. I waited patiently for maybe 10 minutes or more. I wasn't there to disrupt his business or demand an apology of any sort. I came to make things right so I can delete my bad review and move on. I support my local businesses especially businesses that have lots to do with my 2A rights. As his clients walked out, he stood in the back of store with his arms crossed staring at me. I'm not into all that bravado BS so I walked over. I guess he didn't want to feel like he was being submitted. Macho.I respectfully greeted him. He already had the money out on the counter. He responded to my greeting still with his arms crossed. I handed him his crap and he gave me my money as promised in his email. He didn't defend himself or his actions. I walked out right after I bid a good afternoon to his wife. So all in all, this just shows this is not a business that is here to help you out with its services. Maybe only to clients he accepts. His only interests are his own . Again I was here on a referral and instead of giving my money to a big money corp like Turners, I decided to go here to support you as my local business thats 2 minutes away from me.Do I still feel frauded? Yes, because if I didn't know any better, the moment picked me and I had to use that garbage to defend myself, my family, or my neighbors, I may as well shoot them myself. Sir, I hope you can look at yourself in the mirror every night before you rack out knowing you cheat customers. You are suppose to be here to educate, strengthen your community, and earn business the American way. If I wanted China products for cheap, I wouldn't have gone to your shop. If you still decide to go here, pls do your research. Especially when your are purchasing to protect yourself and your rights. read more

Very Friendly, helpful, and not afraid to engage in a conversation. Fees are normal range, and they will help you save money. I'll prob. return there many times. read more

Just went in today to get my Rock Island Armory .45 repaired. As it turns out the last gunsmith I had taken it to put the seer spring in upside down. The owner is a genius with guns. The gentleman before me had an older 20 gauge shot gun that had ejected an important part....he took it apart right in front of us ,went through the gun and refitted the part. He did the same with my 45. He took it apart and fixed it right there in about 5 minutes. I have never seen anyone with this knowledge of all different types of guns. Needless to say he is busy but it's definitely worth the wait and the prices are very reasonable. Not only that but he is a super cool guy with a fantastic wife who handles the paperwork. I usually don't bother with these type of reviews unless I am totally impressed AND I am impressed. And no , I am not a relative or friend and was not paid for this review. This is the place to go to get your firearms repaired. read more
