Anthony, the manager, was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel like I was being treated honestly and respectfully. I've been to plenty of auto lube shops where I've found myself wondering if I'm being told I need services or products that my car doesn't actually need. That was NOT the experience I had at Cassidy's. The integrity and honesty of this shop are truly above and beyond. I actually live in Chico, CA, but I choose to drive to Red Bluff to have my oil changed and my car serviced at Cassidy's. That should tell you how much I trust this business! It's not often that you find a business where you can feel completely comfortable knowing you're being treated fairly and professionally. Cassidy's Auto Lube has earned my trust and my business, and I won't go anywhere else. Thank you to Anthony and the entire Cassidy's team for making something as routine as getting an oil change such a pleasant experience. It's truly a pleasure doing business with you!
