All Pro had written in very fine print they heard a grinding noise which may be the water pump failing, BUT FAILED TO TELL US THAT, or we would have had it fixed. Grinding noise did not present to us for 3 more weeks. Also, in the meantime, we took it in for tire sensor lights being on. Via phone, the said they would repair with new sensor lights and change oil at cost of nearly $600. Our understanding was they were replacing all 4 sensors. Two days after picking up the car, sensor light was on again. Taking it back (under warranty) they said "Oh, that sensor we didn't replace. We only replaced 2 sensors. It will cost you more." These people are rip offs.

Well, they called that afternoon, had it figured out and fixed - but wanted to keep it overnight just to make sure it was good to go. Fine by us, the wind was howling and we didn't want to on the road anyway. Got it the next morning, ran great, and made it home just fine. I lost 3 of 5 lug nuts on my right front tire on a Saturday night while on I-5 after striking a…read moretruck tire sometime before. My Insurance sent a tow truck and per their recommendation I had it taken to the Chrysler dealership. It was parked overnight and moved to the service department the next morning by staff. I was told to come in Monday morning and they wrote up and tagged it quickly. They told me they might get to it that afternoon. I walked back to my hotel down the road. I had two nights in town and was concerned about having to spend a third or fourth night so I called my brother who drove up from San Jose to get me home. Late in the day after sitting in the waiting area most of the afternoon the service manager asked me about my car. He made a quick check and assured me that unless they found some other damage this should be a quick job. I told him I could come back in a couple days and he was able to have my Subaru ready shortly after I arrived. The cost of parts was $70+ and they waived the labor. As an out-of-town customer with no service plan and another make of vehicle I had expected to go to the back of the line and it started that way but the 'service manager' stepped in to give me great service at a great price. I am truly grateful.
