Currently in their lobby leaving this review. I saw I had two back tires going flat. Stop by without an appt and expected a decent wait. They got me in right away and told me my tires were shot and not safe to drive at all. Didn't doubt them as the were the original tires from when I bought it a few years ago. But the showed me too that it was so bad the wires were showing, which is appreciated. Found me some immediate used tires for a decent price and are getting them in now. For someone completely new to Corning this is a great first experience. Appreciate all their help! read more

This is by far one of the Best tire shops in town. The employees are such hard-working and amazing. Luis was the guy that help me out and honestly I couldn't have been more satisfied with my service. Not only is he a hard worker and very fast on his feet he was also able to educate me on a few things in regards to my tires, my brakes and my rotors. He definitely gives off that leadership role. I do remember seeing him at the Chico store and I was also satisfied with the Customer Service he provided at the Chico Bob's tires. I'm very happy to see that he is working closer to where I live. Was going from Seattle to LA when I got a nail in my tire. These guys were all so nice and helpful; patched up my tire within 10 minutes and sent me on my merry way, didn't let me pay. They also taught me how to recalibrate the system settings on my car so the notification goes away. To the lovely guy who patched up my tire and poked fun at me for my very small seat setting, if you ever find yourself in LA or I somehow land in Corning again, your lunch is on me! read more

I just moved to Corning and got a flat tire. I also needed an oil change. My husband was convinced Bob's wouldn't repair my tire because the hole was in the sidewall. Jaime could have easily talked me into buying a new tire, but he repaired the hole (and changed my oil) in under an hour without even charging me for the repair! The business has gone to SHIT....!! They answer their phones very unprofessionally and they don't take your name down or give you a set appointment they told me can you in the morning I said yes and I came in as soon as they opened and they asked for my name and they said they don't have me scheduled how is that my fault for you being unprofessional!! They also have friends sitting behind the desk and the workers have their girlfriends there clinging on their arms while trying to kiss them nobody wants to see that it's disgusting and Jaime doesn't even bring up on going problems and lets you leave with out telling you so you mean to tell me that you're going to let me leave the shop with my car still sounding like shit and what if the issue you didn't fix ended causing me get into an accident read more

I was driving from seattle, washington to central valley california. My check engine light came on and naturally I was concerned. I first stopped at O-Reilly's to see if my oil was getting low. The oil was low but after putting more in, the light was still on. The salesman recommended I go to Bob's Tires to get an electronic code reading on the car status. When I went over there I was quickly helped, and informed that because I was in an area with snow that a sensor was likely dirty. Anyway, it gave me peace of mind to drive the remaining part of the trip. They didn't charge me and were all around great customer service. Highly recommend this place! read more
