This Big O Tire store used an air gun on my lug nuts & over torqued them over 300 ft lbs. Now I cannot even rotate my tires. Many of the lug nut studs are now warped & I can't even rotate my tires now. Very bad experience. Do not recommend. read more

Decent price on tires. But they will try to rob you on repairs you don't need. Bought two tires, wanted the front end aligned, they told me it needed 2500 bucks in repairs. Upper and lower ball joints, said the bearings are bad, said tie rods were bad. The steering wheel has ZERO play in it. Seems all the places do this, Les Schwabs tried to tell me once I needed a whole steering column. LOL read more

Our family was driving north on I-5 to take our daughter to college in Oregon when we got a nail or something in our front left tire. With our car FULL of her dorm room stuff and a long trip ahead, we found ourselves in the right place at the right time. Nice work on my 2019 Silverado legacy pickup today. The wheel balancing on new tires is excellent. A very noticeable improvement after the wheel alignment too. Service is amazing, these two gentlemen that I see all the time are super sweet, I wish I knew there names. Next time I see them I will have to ask. They are what makes me keep coming back cause they are absolutely top tier and I've been to a couple tire shops that I genuinely hated going too because of the service but had no choice until I found this place. There manager need to learn how to manage. Not sure of his name. ( short fat Mexican guy) cannot keep an appointment. Has had to cancel on me last 3 times I've came in. Last time I came in he said he would make it up to me. I came in today just to have my appointment cancelled again. Told him I was going to go somewhere else and he didn't care. Be careful taking your vehicle there they have also for got to put lug nuts back on after rotating tires. I have bought 3 sets of tires and had thousands of dollars worth of work done at Red Bluff Big O. The new manager is running business into the ground... read more

Went here to have tires put on both our vehicles, they were able to get us in same day and provide excellent service! Our pickup had a terrible high speed vibration, they found the problem and fixed it, and now it's the smoothest ride ever! Mark and Josh talked us through everything and explained very thoroughly! Janna showed us many different types of tires and let us chose the ones we wanted, while also explaining the pros and cons! Went to have a brake job down and came out with a whole load of problems to follow. They don't have qualified people working on any cars period. They ended up out my old hardware on my "new brakes" that were out on.. which ended up with my car making a terrible rattling grinding metal type of sound. And my car never made a sound before.. EVER! They had my car all weekend trying to figure out what was wrong with it.. couldn't figure it out, ended basically telling me they don't know what else to do and recommended I take it to a second party to get another set of eyes on it. So that's what I did. I took it straight to the dealership and they knew as soon as they got in it and drove it down the road.. sounds like old hardware.. comes to find out, BIG O put on my old hardware from my old brakes and the "new" brakes that they put on weren't even the right ones for my car.. went back serval times to talk to them about this issue with me now being billed for 2000 plus in debt because of a negligence on their part.. I would not recommend anyone to go here. And not to mention the people they have working there don't even know how to use the equipment.. my battery died from them leaving my car door open and ignition on and the guy almost burnt my battery up. Ended up having to get a new battery a week later.. please don't waste you money going here at all!!! Save it go to a dealer ! It not worth the trouble at all! read more
