Actually your car will be more broken when you leave then when you came in. My car had a bad fuel pump and I went in three times to have it fixed because each time after getting my car back from the shop, my car would not want to start and I would smell heavy fuel. I finally just had to take it to another mechanic and he said the fuel pump was the wrong model for my engine, the fuel filter was never replaced and they damaged the the fuel lines going to my pump, therefore my car has had a fuel leak for the past six months. I also have a six month old baby and when I went in the second time to get this problem fixed, he wanted another $500 to fix my fuel pump, even though he never installed it right in the first place. Plus even after explaining to him that my car is my only source of transportation to get my daughter and I around to all the doctor appointments and work, he still couldn't get my car in to work on it for another week, even though he just explained that my car is highly flammable and I should not be driving around with it because it could catch on fire,,, with my baby in the back seat!!!! He did not seem to care at all. So with $1000.00, my car came out worse then it was when I took it in. Now I have to pay another $600 to another mechanic to fix what Big Boys Toys broke and just didn't fix, but charged me for anyway. I have told all my family and friends what has happened, and I just want to warn everyone else!

Aware that we have to get it fixed today because tomorrow is Thanksgiving holiday and everything will be closed we immediately looked for a tire shop and Yelp came up with Red Bluff Tires. We also saw Big-O Tires on the way to the shop so it was another option. Lucky for us the shop wasn't busy and we were in and out in 20 minutes (maybe a little less). All I can say is he was a lifesaver. We did not need a new tire after all and was able to fix it with a patch. Price was affordable. He did it so fast. Professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting us on our merry way. Review #3598
