How much would a full synthetic oil change for a 2018 Chevy Traverse LT be?

    The price would be $65.00

Brought my 2017 Mercedes c300 in for service on 9/3 due to my check engine light being on. It came in with the misfire and left this shop with complete engine failure and damage to the piston and piston wall. they checked the car and Randy said it needed spark plugs coils and upper intake cleaning. He described the upper intake cleaning as them going in and cleaning the intake and ridding the intake of deposits . On 9/11 He called and let me know they were installing the parts and that they would take it for a test drive and it would be ready for pick up when it's done. 30 minutes later randy called and said that the car needed to stay with them overnight and that it was unrelated to the original check engine light problem. I had suspicions that something went wrong during the test drive and asked them to just please put my car back together and have it ready by then morning because they were not going to be working on it any further he agreed. I showed up at 8:30 the next morning with a tow truck and my car was still completely apart. I was completely frustrated because the final thing that i asked for they didn't do. By this point I was done with them because not only did they not provide ANY UPDATES to me on their own without me calling to ask. They ordered the wrong parts the first time. My car sat there for about a week. I no longer had any trust in this auto repair shop. The owner harry said he wanted to show me some things that are wrong with the car and I reluctantly agreed to not be rude. He admitted to me that he misdiagnosed the vehicle. He told FLAT OUT TOLD ME HE USED OEM or original equipment manufacture parts and that's why they took so long to get here. OEM MEANS those parts are the only parts approved for use in the vehicle by the manufacturer. I took the car straight to a Mercedes mechanic in Redding when I unloaded my vehicle from the tow truck there was now oil leaking everywhere there was oil in the engine bay and the car was now blowing white smoke out of the exhaust. It was not like this when I gave it to them. my mechanic confirmed he lied and put AFTERMARKET bosch spark plugs. There was also now damage to my piston wall and piston. I also found out that kupers automotive added fuel treatment to my vehicle. RANDY LIED AND TOLD ME THIS SERVICE WAS THE UPPER INTAKE CLEANING he told me they would be cleaning my intake not adding fuel treatment to the gas tank like the stuff that you can buy at O'Reillys (not saying he bought it at O'Reillys just comparing) Mercedes completely advises against this and says adding this can cause irreversible engine damage in the owners Manual. This service is Called FUEL SERVICE/AIR INDUCTION SERVICE Randy sold me on an upper intake cleaning not this service. My car now NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. Harry refused ANY accountability and said that I would have to contact BAR and file a claim. The bar rep informed me that HARRY called him right after the situation happened Hmm... wonder why he was the first person harry called right after I left the shop. Went through investigation and bar rep called said results came back inconclusive. Next step was taking Kupers to small claims court I did. The day before court I asked Harry if he had any information that he could provide in regards to my cars visit. Example (part numbers of parts installed) he lied and said he didn't have any info other then the invoice he provided. (Which is a lie because all auto repair shops keep record of their repairs) at court he told the judge he used oe equivalent spark plugs because he was under oath and being forced to be honest (we didn't he just tell me the truth that you used oe equivalent parts ie aftermarket parts. He also told the judge car was misfiring installed new plugs car was working fine for a short while then car something happened on the way back from the test drive. (Doesn't it sound like it could have something to do with the aftermarket spark plugs that he installed?) he also said it's not common practice to properly check a vehicle with a bore scope when vehicle has misfiring issue (red flag) he also never checked the compression on my piston before installing his aftermarket spark plugs (red flag all mechanics do this first when car is misfiring ask them) at the very end of the hearing I told the judge I still didn't even know what spark plugs were even installed in my car because I never got a part number from harry or anything and then mysteriously an invoice from NAPA appeared. He installed AFTERMARKET SPARK PLUGS FROM NAPA on my 2017 Mercedes c300 and told me that they were OEM and I never would have known that napa parts were installed unless I asked to see part numbers in front of a judge. Listen to the bad reviews on here guys
