I had two nights in town and was concerned about having to spend a third or fourth night so I called my brother who drove up from San Jose to get me home. Late in the day after sitting in the waiting area most of the afternoon the service manager asked me about my car. He made a quick check and assured me that unless they found some other damage this should be a quick job. I told him I could come back in a couple days and he was able to have my Subaru ready shortly after I arrived. The cost of parts was $70+ and they waived the labor. As an out-of-town customer with no service plan and another make of vehicle I had expected to go to the back of the line and it started that way but the 'service manager' stepped in to give me great service at a great price.
